Borealis Coffee Roasters

This coffee is really as good as it gets.
I work for a «artisan coffee shop» we pride ourselves in serving the best and freshest coffee in the country. We often serve Blue Bottle out of Brooklyn, New Harvest out of Pawtucket, George Howell out of Acton, MA, and even Intelligentsia out of San Fran. Though this coffee roaster just started up this year, we consider this roaster in the caliber of these other very well known, expert roasters. Since we have begun purchasing from Borealis we have been overly impressed with the quality and consistency of the coffee they send us.
Personally, many of my favorite coffees this year have come from Borealis. Currently, Borealis is offering a Papua New Guinea Bunum Wo Estate Peaberry. This has been one of the most complex and interesting roasts of the year. Personally I taste notes of Banana, toasted marshmallow, coconut and chocolate. It is interesting, unique, and complex. And I love it.
Borealis has been offering coffees at this caliber all year and I can’t wait to keep tasting what they have to offer.
