American Wire

This is an update on my review. After living in American Wire for 15 months now, my roommate and I have decided to leave. American Wire has definitely improved over the past year in terms of management and leasing staff and maintenance issues. However, noisy neighbors are still a problem, the smell of marijuana in most of the hallways is still a problem, and general issues like the common areas being so far away, trash being so far away, and the heating and cooling bill is always high in the seasonal months are reasons why I rated it only three stars. Overall, this is a great place for college age kids who are looking for a close, higher end apartment next to Providence. However, if you’re looking for a place to spend a few years at, it probably won’t be this Brady Sullivan Property.
