A & D Professional Pest Elimination

I called because we had carpenter ants and I was looking for more organic solutions as I have a small child, pets and am currently pregnant. The woman who answered the phone wasn’t the friendliest but she transferred me to a gentleman who spoke with me at length about all our options. He was very knowledgable and explained everything well. We set up an appointment. The man who came over was named Steve and he too was knowledgable, thorough and kind. The visit was maybe an hour long and we haven’t seen an ant since. A few days later we received a thank you card in the mail which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future if need be.

Called this morning after watching a mouse scurry across my floor… Sure, I could have gone out and got some traps, but I’m a typical girl– so I screamed and ran into the other room! After doing some internet research, I called A & D, and someone called me back within 10 minutes– and it’s a Sunday, right after a Nor’Easter. She was here within 2 hours, and is currently blocking access and laying traps. The price is a bit steep– $ 400 for her to come out on a weekend, but there is a 3 month warentee on the work. Tara was friendly and helpful, and I am so grateful! She even recommended some steps that I can take that are inexpensive to help the little critters NOT COME BACK!
So, 1 star off for the price, but overall, so happy I called them. Will update in 3 months; let’s see how their service works out long term.

I called for some info, a rude woman asked me what kind of bugs I had, then told me someone would get back to me. That was in March… it’s October. Guess they’re not calling me back. Called Terminix the following day, they had someone at my house 3 hours later.
