Amazing place; you need to want pizza(but amazing pizza), sandwiches, and desserts(amazing desserts)! A must while in Pawleys Island; and also try the drinks, they know how to make them right!

I can’t possibly say enough good things about this restaurant. This is hands-down the very best Italian food and desserts that you will ever have! I have not had a single bad experience after dining here(or getting it to-go) at least a dozen times. The owners are super nice, the bartenders(Alexis and Kendahl!!) are amazing, and the food is top quality. The pizzas are all delicious– I suggest you order ANY of the specialty pizzas(as opposed to building your own) because they pull in so many fantastic flavors perfectly(for example, my favorite one has pine nuts on it, which I would never think to put on pizza! I think its the Tuscan). Their pizza crust is sooo good too. It is fluffy but cripsy with the perfect consistency, I love it! Sandwiches: My favorite sandwich is the philly(when they have it!) or the landolfi. You won’t regret either choice! My S.O. and I usually get both and go halvsies because we can never decide. OR the Reuben gets mixed in there sometimes… it is also really delicious! Soup: If they have artichoke bisque: don’t think, just order it immediately… it is the tastiest thing you will ever eat! Their desserts are homemade and you can taste all the love and care that goes into them. The blueberry cheesecake is my favorite… I get it every time I see it on the shelf. TIPS: Call first to see if they are opened. They have different hours on different days, closed Sun and Mon, and are sometimes closed seasonally. Their facebook is usually pretty good about updating the daily specials. If they have artichoke bisque you should stop what you’re doing and get there immediately(because it is THAT yummy!). After you get seated, go look at the desserts first. There have been times that I saw something sweet that I wanted, but they were all gone by the time I was ready for dessert. Now I know to order dessert first(they will put it aside for you until after you eat, or box it up to-go!).

Love this place! Make sure you try the pizza, you won’t regret it! If you’re too full for dessert, take some home. You don’t want to miss out on it.

This place gets 10s across the board, service, atmosphere and great food. The porker panini was to die for.

Landolfi’s is always a favorite while on our family vacation. If you’re lucky enough to stop by on a Friday, the cheesesteaks are awesome! If not, any soup is excellent as well as the brick oven pizza and the Cesar sandwich. Though the food is great… It is the desert that is to die for! Two words– LOBSTERTAIL. If you like cream puffs and cannolis, you cannot go wrong with this choice. If you’re in the mood for chocolate. The chocolate decadence is the way to go. The name of this delectable treat speaks for itself. If this place wasn’t 500 miles from home, I would be there weekly!

If you’re looking for a quality pizza experience you can’t go wrong here. We eat here every time we’re in town! The house salad, wood roasted chicken pizza, and various pastry desserts never disappoint. The service is great and you can’t beat the price. Give it a try… I promise it will become your favorite place too!

Disappointed since the reviews were so great. Pizza was okay, should have been grilled a little longer. I got the banana cake since reviews showed their desserts were excellent. Not impressed at all, threw it out. :(my husband enjoyed his pizza. But we were starving.

A nice place and friendly service, but I was underwhelmed by the food. We chose this place over a normal pizza joint because it was wood fired and knew we’d be paying a premium. The pizzas/calzones/Stromboli/are sized for a single person and are about $ 11 each. We couldn’t detect and ‘smoky’ flavor or hint of being cooked in a wood fired oven. I had a calzone, and it was decent but wished I’d opted for a regular pizza joint for a third of the price. They did appear to have great dessert choices and coffee /espresso, but we didn’t try those. We had 4 people and had a calzone, stromboli and two pizzas. They seemed to use quality ingredients, I just didn’t feel it was worth the much higher price.

Great little Italian place with outstanding food. The selection of in house fresh pastries will astound you and they taste amazing. We had a pizza and a sandwich and both were outstanding. This is one of those little«local joints» that are a jewel when you find them.

Landolfi’s is a great stop between Charleston and Myrtle or vice versa. The only problem is that I can rarely go because of their crazy hours. Let’s say I go up for a visit and come home on a Sunday… nope they’re closed. Maybe it’s a long weekend and I come home on a Monday… still closed. Okay now, maybe it’s a random Tuesday or Wednesday for some reason and I want to stop in for dinner… wrong again, they close at 5. I’ve also tried to stop in mid day and was told that they turn the ovens off for cleaning at that time of day and couldn’t serve me. With all the other times they’re closed, one would think they could clean the brick ovens at a more opportune time. Strange hours aside, I really do love Landolfi’s. The brick oven pizzas as well as the toppings are always delicious. Salads, soups, and calzones are great too. If you’re not able to stop for a meal, there’s still reason to stop in. The dessert case… It’s unreal! Last time I came in we took desserts with us to share, peanut butter cheesecake, toffee cheesecake, a profiterole roll, and of course a canoli. I have to say, we didn’t end up sharing them and pretty much dove into the box before bed. Not one my proudest moments, but I don’t regret it either.

Stopped here for lunch on the way back to Charleston after spending the weekend after Christmas in Litchfield. I’m glad it was closed over the weekend after Christmas because had I been able to come earlier I may not have gone anywhere else. Split a calzone with Precious as well as a bowl of artichoke soup. It’s calling me. .. I hear it. Road-trip in my near future.

We stopped at Landolfi’s today, for an early lunch. I ordered my favorite, Pizza Rustica and my friend ordered their Sausage and cheese Calzone. Our meal was incredible and, being from NJ, compared it with DeLorenzo’s and Pappa’s in the Berg. Gary and Suzanne, you two brought the best of the best to the south. I love what you do in that wood fired oven! If you’re in the mood for a tomato pie/thin crust pizza, you have to get here. On Friday they have Philly Cheesesteaks on their own baked Italian rolls. Better than anything I ever got from Pat’s or Geno’s in Philly. Service is excellent, atmosphere is warm and friendly and the food is outstanding.

My co workers and I order lunch from here often. Super nice employees. This place is very busy which is a great sign… be sure to turn to park in back lot before the street signage as front is always full. It’s always fast and delicious. Ive tried most of the paninis and all were good. Last Time I had the personal pizza which was so yummy. Some menu items have more intense flavor that others. Just ask the employees and they always help me in deciding based on my palate for the day. They have fruit as a side or homemade chips. There’s chicken salad and coffee, iced tea, or Italian sodas. Don’t forget to checkout the pastry case! Oh my goodness those chocolate covered raspberry cake slices look incredible. Key lime pie and fruit tarts.

We went for a late lunch here– directed by a local. I could not be more happy. That pizza was amazing. As was the summer sangria. As was the house salad. Pure perfection! So happy somebody pointed us that direction. The pizza was crunch and crisp. Amazing toppings. Quality ingredients. Real food. Yum. The salad has a yummy vinaigrette. Light and yummy. We didn’t make it to the deserts… but the case was drool worthy! Yum! Yum!

I visit this restaurant a few times a year when I’m down in SC. This place has to be one of my favorite restaurants, everything is superior. They have amazing pizza that I long for, keep in mind I normally live in the NJ/NY area so I know what pizza is. The desserts here are also outstanding. Go for the chocolate decadence, it’s perfect and isn’t over sweet like it may sound. For pizza, go for the Tuscan with the Gorgonzola and pine nuts or even just a plain. The deli sandwiches are also delicious, the bread is very tasty. The service is always great and I can’t wait to return soon!
