When I first saw the too fast website a few months ago, I was absolutely in love with all the amazing things they had on their website. So, when I saw a little over a week ago they were having a sale, I ordered stuff right away. Now I really wish I hadn’t. First off, I did spend almost 90 dollars, so you would think they would send you what you ordered. But no. I ordered on a Wednesday, and finally on Tuesday of the following week I got very annoyed that the package had not come, so I emailed them. On the website it says that they will email you if something is out of stock, and they will also email you the tracking info. They did not do that. The next day they replied saying they forgot to ship my package, but they would send it out that day. It had already been exactly a week and they didn’t even ship it! And they said in the email as soon as it shipped I would get tracking information, but I didn’t. Early on Thursday I emailed them again telling them I had ordered over a week ago, and I needed the package by Saturday because these were for a birthday present. All I got was an email with my tracking info and it said my package was in pre-shipment, and the date said the label to ship was created that day, which meant that the nasty person who emailed me, lied and didn’t do anything with my package until the next day. Friday came, no package. Today is Saturday, I got my package, which is nice, but one of the things I ordered was not there. The item was on my receipt but they did not charge me for it so I’m assuming it was out of stock but they never emailed me to tell me that, and on both of the original receipts, I was charged for the shirt. I got a bathing suit, which was thin and bad quality, a pair of random shoes, which turned out to be high heels, and they are decent quality. I got a pair of treasure chest wedges, and they look great and are easy to walk in but are super cheap quality. The last item I got was the starship booties and they are unbelievably squeaky, because they are made of a plastic sort of material. And wearing these you will get an ankle injury because they are very uncomfortable and there is no padding or anything in the shoe. Overall my review of this company was one star because the people who emailed me were just nasty and rude and hard to work with, and the quality of the items were very crappy. I don’t advise anyone to order from here.

Somehow Unilocal communicates with business owners even when they don’t seem to have an entry yet on here. This is not the first time this has happened. I don’t really understand how that quite works but I always appreciate the promptness in a response to a review from a business. Too Fast was one of these such business. The very same day I wrote my first review for Too Fast I got a prompt response from the owner which was unexpected and appreciated. He apologized for how the staff behaved and informed them to be more patient with some people’s credit/debit cards… especially the prepaid ones which can cause a real hassle with some businesses and gas stations because of their quirks. Prepaid debit cards will work at Too Fast but it needs to be entered manually by the staff. I used a different credit card to avoid this and had smooth sailing all of the way with my order. It’s owners of businesses like this that are eager to make amends and correct a situation that I would like to see more of! Also check out their t-shirts… they are really cool and as far as I know can’t be found anywhere else!
