Hampton Inn Pauls Valley

We stayed five nights in this hotel. We first were put in a nice room. It was clean and comfortable. The next day we told the staff we will be staying another night. They told us our room was booked and that they would have to move us to another room. Not a problem. Until, the following day we left to run some errands. We left the room clean and turned off all the lights. When we got back, our bag and clothes were on the floor and all of the lights had been turned on. Someone had been in our room. We went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. They told us he’d be in tomorrow afternoon and he’d check the security footage. We left our number in case he called. We left town for a couple of days and came back to stay. I asked to speak with the manager again and he still wasn’t around. I actually caught him this morning as if he was trying to dodge us. I asked him if he had watched the tapes and he said yes, that someone dos go into our room. (First of all, if you watched the tapes, why didn’t you call to inform us!) poor management. As I watched the security footage a girl walks into our room with a key and then a man following behind her. They both were carrying bags into the room but the manager wouldn’t let me see any further than that. We have a feeling some of our belongings are missing but needless to say we trusted them to keep our room secure and private. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

Exceptional stay. New, clean, exceptional staff, extremely comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with many fresh hot offerings and staff to assist with any needs.
