Walmart Supercenter

Store was nice and clean but I’m giving it a 1 star because a cashier was rude. I was at a self check out line with 3 items but notice one bag was too heavy to pick up and scan. I asked her if she can scan it for me, from my previous experience if an item is too heavy, they can use a scanning gun. She said ‚“No! You pick it up and scan. If not move to a different line!” Everyone around was shock and surprise that she even say it in the meanest and disrespectful way.
I reported to assistance manager, she informed ‚“each cashiers have their own rule… sorry.”

Never been to a Walmart that closed at 11pm

Been waiting at the paint section forever! So many employees walked by. I had two staff members call for assistance no one showed up. This place sucks!

By far the worst customer service ever. The people at the registers have no idea what they are doing like they having been trained. The lines are always long because they only have 2 registers open. Nothing «super» about this Walmart.

Linda Linda Linda! She is an awful manager! I was waiting for a propane refill for over 30 minutes after calling customer service twice while I was waiting outside. So I finally decided to go inside and ask what was going on (I was already heated by that point) when I went I there, I told one of the customer service reps that I wanted my money back AND a refill for waiting so long. So she went to get the supervisor and she said she couldn’t do that bc propane wasn’t their brand. Ok. So I said then give me a gift card. She then got on the radio and the manager Linda said to give me 10% off. Nope. So I told the supervisor I wanted to speak to her (Linda). Lol, she came down all huffy puffy with attitude and just as I was ready to talk to her, another customer started complaining about waiting an hour in the ammo section. Linda decided to correct him and said «no you haven’t been waiting for an hour because I was never told you were there» lol wow! Then she points at me and said «and you» hahaha at this point I knew she was bitchy. So I asked her why I couldn’t get a gift card of my money I paid on the propane and she replied «because I’m not giving you anything just for waiting a couple minutes». Good thing I had a receipt to show what time I paid for it «which was the last thing I got» and I had the 2 phone call times in my phone. So she told the supervisor «fine give her a $ 10 gift card and that’s it!» Literally saying this as she was walking away from me smh hella rude. Even the supervisor looked at her with her mouth open in shock lol. Ya, I shoulda known better than to go to Walmart. I went to savemart and got propane in less than 5 minutes.

Customer service gets 5 stars. Returned a used RV sewer drain hose for a friend. They were totally grossed out, but good sports about it.
First time I’ve ever seen a guy in public with an ankle bracelet. Shopping with his mom. Wonder what he did?
What looked like a short line turned out to be attended by an extreme couponer. Then there was a funny guy behind me using a fake English accent.
People move really slow in this store. Not a place you want to zip in and out of.

I will no longer purchase bigger ticket items from Wal-​Mart. It’s really to bad that this is the only place to shop next to SaveMart in town for the price. Customer service is a cluster, they really don’t know what they are doing. I purchased a carpet shampoo vacuum online with the extended warranty. After 2 months it broke and I submitted a claim to the extended warranty group through the Walmart email sent to me with my order confirmation. They responded saying it was still under the store return policy and take it back to the store. In the store with my receipt, I was initially rejected due to not having the vacuum manual. My husband was able to find the manual and I went back to the counter. Now the issue is the serial number on the box doesn’t match the one on the vacuum. The what I assume is acting manager comes over, punches the serial numbers into a computer behind the desk, whispers to the clerk and walks off. Five minutes later another manager type comes over and the ordeal starts all over again. Five employees and 45 minutes later they are pushing it back on the extended warranty group. Clearly they aren’t aware of their 90 day return policy? I explain for the 5^th time I have already contacted Asurion to start a claim and the lady tells me, No! It’s Walmart care and opens the warranty form where it clearly shows WWW​.ASU​RION​.COM/​W​A​LMART
Now I realize what I am dealing with and find it comical that the initial issue of the serial number not matching isn’t an issue, but since I ordered on ⁴⁄₁₀ and they can’t count 90 days is. I left that store and have since returned the item to a different Wal-​Mart no questions asked.

Customer service at returns are so horrible and rude Specially on Saturday (boy cut lady) .
They don’t have manners and don’t know how to speak with their customers.
There is so many good people looking for jobs I don’t know, management hire that kind of people.

Most disorganized Walmart. You would think for a Walmart that is not packed they would be able to do a better job. But no not possible. Avoid if you can. Sad thing is they run around making a lot of noise but very little in accomplishing the end goal. Customer service and product on the shelf.

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because it’s clean. Unfortunately the employees including the dept managers know nothing about their products, it’s a little frustrating especially when it’s hard to find someone to help you that doesn’t act like your bothering them. Then 18 – 20 registers but for some reason they only put 3 cashiers to work at a time. It’s faster to wait in the Self Check Out. Customers are faster at checking themselves out then the cashiers. This isn’t just a one time thing this is everytime I go into this store. I truly believe they take advantage of being the only big store here :(

Bad customer service the employees are NEVER nice to customers. Fruits and vegetables are always bad and expensive then other places…

REVIEW FOR BAKERY:
I ordered my cake at least a week in advance for a Spiderman and villain all in one cake. Ithey insured that they had the figurines and the cake was good to go. A week passes and I got called a half hour before pick up that they didn’t have the figurines. I got there 10 minutes before pickup and the cake was still getting frosted. I decided that I wanted Spiderman and iron man instead, which they did and I appreciated that.
But the biggest issue I found is that when I walked out of the store the cake completely collapsed because it wasn’t stabilized from all the layers. so it slid and hit the box from the inside and the backside of the cake was completely smashed once I got home. Now mind you I had somebody holding the cake while I was driving making sure that it wasn’t going to get messed up. They had used whipped frosting which I asked and because of that I would’ve thought that what they would’ve stabilized the layers. I tried calling the bakery but got no answer. The party had started and I had to reposition the layers of cake that slid off the bottom layers and fix the side frosting. I’m glad it was the back side of the cake or else I would have cried. I used a tall and wide Popsicle stick to drive it down the center of the cake to stop it from sliding later on in the day. And it didn’t. I won’t be purchasing from them anymore. This was my first and last experience with the bakery department.

I love going either at night or early in the morning when they open
More relaxing when there’s hardly any people
Trouble at night is that sometimes things aren’t stocked yet and also that it takes forever in line
Deli manager Arturo is rude, didn’t even help me when I was there waiting for a while
Another manager had to get someone inside
Kinda bugs me when people don’t close the refrigerator doors
At times some of the workers are saving clearance things for themselves even when their working and its not their area
I hate that it takes forever to get someone to help me at the online to store
Once I got two throw blankets and I got something totally different and very cheaply made
I already knew how it felt and looked because I already had two for my nice but wanted different colors
Returned it tho
Things are easy to find unless people don’t put things back and leave them wherever

The cleanest walmart ever! I love coming here because they have everything I need and the price is affordable.

Worst store ever, always have to wait at least 10 min in line. 20 registers and only 2 open. I have complained many times to a supervisor and they just seem to blow you off and don’t care. I shop across the street were they have always had the best service. I expected a way better store to come to Patterson. I will only shop there if i have too

Ok the stars and all comments are based on the caveat that this is a walmart that we are talking about.
Clean, stocked shelves, good produce, good customer support, easy price matching, very few coupon nazi’s. A great shopping experience… for a walmart.

Thank goodness they have the self-​check out stations. I keep having issues when I pay with the cashier, the prices are constantly ringing up differently than what it was advertised for.
It is really irritating to correct the cashier all the time. When I address the issue, they give that «careless» demeanor.

This walmart keeps getting better and better. It’s clean they are doing these giant things that you see at big city walmarts. The associates are helpful and know what their talking about and they are right next to a tanning salon what more could you ask! Great store to work at and shop at

I was rolling my Whip Black Beauty through Patterson. Then I saw this HUGE Walmart. So I stopped to check it out. This Walmart has it all from Grocery’s. to Bullets. Its Clean, Brightly Lit and Well Stocked. I wish they had a Walmart like this one in my area. Clerks were friendly and helpful.

This is the biggest WM I’ve ever been too. Nice, brand new… Fully stocked! Grocery section is a pretty decent size with a great selection. Lots of employees to help if you need help with anything! Plenty of registers… Employees are smiling :0) great first experience. Will def be a frequent flyer! I’m so happy it’s finally here! Hopefully it’ll also bring along a Target, Costco, Safeway and a Chase bank… Then Patterson will def have happy residents! Hahaha
Oh, BTW it would be nice if they made the Asian section in the store a bit bigger than 3 feet x 3 feet :(boo…
