I had a very bad experience with this vendor. The customer service is worst at best. Good luck if you decide to use them.

The Visual Textile team is first rate. They are able to turn a project around quickly, and do what it takes to make sure the customer is happy with the final result.

I’m writing this review to correct the review from Pamela T
Visual Textile Resource sells it’s products exclusively through promotional products distributors. Distributors send a Purchase Order, an art file, and credit card payment to get an order entered. There is an indisutry standard that is subscribed to by all suppliers/​distributors who get an order acknowledgement from the supplier for every order and a proof in the same business day. Of course if you don’t get an acknowledgement from the supplier you would want to follow up and see what the delay is all about.
This individual claims to have sent an order but never followed up when they didn’t receive an acknowledgement. It is also industry standard to get a proof quickly once an order is submitted. If she didn’t get an acknowledgement and didn’t get a proof you’d think she’d follow up and ask about her order? 2 weeks later she calls wondering when her product could ship and of course at that time she learns the order was never received. She gets quite upset and demands immediate delivery… She couldn’t substantiate in any manner ever sending the order even simply by resending the e-​mail she sent the order through. Visual Textile Distributors can count on the order process going «plug and play» but a PO, art file, and payment is required to place an order. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. I will just add that Visual Textile is rated 5 Stars (the highest rating) in the promotional products industry through the industry platforms by all the distributors who they do business with.

No complaints about the quality of work but then again I have received my supplies yet. This company and customer service is rude and arrogant! After leaving a message for customer service to call me back they never did! I called the following day and JERRY M. with Sales answered and I told him I didn’t receive a phone call back, he replied «in all my seven years no one has complained about someone leaving a message and no one calling back» he said it’s on heard of! So, is he calling me a liar or the companies «track record» is top notch with returning customers calls. I DON“T THINK SO!
