Two Brothers Iron Works

They are the worst company I’ve ever worked with. They built a railing for us in Jersey City, the railing was never correct from the get go. I have been trying to get them to return for months. Their «manager’ Fernando sent me an email telling me what he needed to do to fix it. They promised dates and missed every single one. They finally committed to yesterday and today to fix the railing. I called Fernando yesterday to confirm they were showing up, keep in mind I called late morning. They had no intention on showing back up to fix their work and then Fernando Reyes had the nerve to tell me Paul (The shop manager) said this is a chargeable job. I’ve called and texted both Paul and Fernando yesterday and today. If I don’t hear from them within the hour I’m filing a complaint with the better business Bureau and then calling the police to see about Fraud charges.

I was excited for Two Brothers to provide an estimate for 2 sets of stair railings, but unfortunately they didn’t show up for the two diff appointments I made with Diana. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
