The place was awesome. Beautiful inside. The owner and staff was very friendly, the hospitality was excellent. The food was phenomenal and fresh. The Babaganoush was the best I’ve had. Had the lamb chops also very good. Hookah was was good. They had live music and entertainment.
I frequent places like this often and I have to say they are one of the best. I will definitely be back.

Place has phenomenal food. I can’t believe how good the chicken is, it is literally the best chicken I ever had. I will definitely come back again for the food. The atmosphere is great, the parking kind of bad but the place definitely makes up for it best Lebanese cuisine in NJ.

Horrible customer service. I will never go here again. The man who was in charge, I don’t know if his name is Muhammad I think or the man who is under him has the worst attitude. First of all I drive very far to get to the place, they never sat is and refuse to serve us food. There was a lot of seats open and they still wouldn’t sit us down. The man was running around screaming and ignoring people. We then tried to order food to go and they said no they can’t and we ended up going down the street to La zizah hookah lounge were they were pleasant and even though it was more crowded then taj’s they still accommodated is and have is seats and we ordered food. I will never go to Taj’s again. They need new management and better customer service.

AHHH-​mazing place! As soon as you walk in it looks like you’re walking in a place that’s in the Middle East. The décor is so gorgeous! They make delicious lemon mint drinks, & the food was on point! We had salmon, lamb chops, chicken kebabs and everyone licked their plate! PS. The mashed potatoes are soo good! My husband and I are so picky about hookah and I can honestly say it is one of the best I’ve had in the area. We drove two hours for this place and we will definitely be back! Service was great! Our waiter Samer kept coming to check on us and make sure everything was up to our expectations! It is so rare to get good service in Arab restaurants & I am so glad we found a place that actually cares about their customers! They offered us a fruit platter on the house which was so sweet after we stuffed ourselves with their yummy food! We will definitely be frequent customers of Taj!
