My son was admitted to the NICU at this hospital 2 days after being born. After a battery of tests, he was deemed to be fine. There was a lack of communication from the residents at this hospital and getting through to an attending is a difficult challenge. The doctors seem to know what they’re doing, but there was just something off about the way this place is run. Still, they’re in the business of saving baby’s lives and as parents, there are times we have to just let people do their job. The overall quality of the hospital was good, newish lobby, great restaurant downstairs. My son was in good hands with the doctors here, I believe. I just wish there had been better communication.
