A pincho is a Colombian food item consisting of either chicken or beef grilled on a skewer.
Pinchos y mas is a small take-​out operation by route 80 in Paterson. It is mediocre at best.
Although the counter service was polite, the food took a really long time. I did not enjoy enduring my wait in an overly bright and slightly loud box. After all, the chairs were kinda nice.
The pincho I had was beef and it was average, as was the spicy sauce. Thankfully, the fries were really good.
If I’m starving and I’m on that particular block, I will eat here again.
