After reading all great reviews on Unilocal,I decided on going on to this place, it turns out to be some getto in Paterson. Once I got there, bouncer said this place is packed and won’t let us in… But I did call this place earlier and spoke to someone named Yuf, may be short name for Yusuf… but entry was denied and I ended up going to Mazaj, which seems to be way better and Classy place. You can see the class of crowd, requesting vallet and hookah/food experience was great at Mazaj… This getto neighborhood is not worth a drive… My two cents :)

Where to start? This place was really nice, good space, the music was good. We didn’t have a reservation, but the boss still let us stay until the people with the reservations came. The hookah was really good, the lemon mint and watermelon mint were our favorite, the after taste was awesome. The dj started playing at 10 and it was really good music, when the dj came the atmosphere completely changed it was really good! Overall, best hookah lounge I have been to because of the service and the music and atmosphere overall!

Came here with a large group on a Sunday night. It’s more of a lounge than the usual restaurants in the area that serve hookah. The lights are dim and most of the seating is couches. The hookah is pretty good and it’s fairly priced. There are plenty of TVs to catch a game, and the music playing suits the atmosphere. Best part is that they’re BYOB with no corking fee. I’d definitely come back.

great spot to celebrate birthdays or just a night out! it’s a great place to get up and dance. the dj plays great music whether it be the latest music or the best throwbacks. it’s 19 and over & you must be 21 to BYOB. for every 2 people you have to buy a hookah, it’s their policy. the hookah flavors are good($ 24) and the refills are $ 12. you do have to call in advance to make a reservation, seats are limited. overall a great place, with a friendly staff.

I’m not sure if all the other reviewers and I went to the same place… Where do I start? The hookah was disgusting, the sound system was overly loud and the woofers could barely handle the bass making it sound like crap. The pictures of the inside on here are misleading, it looks nice but when you sit down it’s really uncomfortable. Like you can tell it’s cheap material. For a hookah lounge, the hookah here is horrible. Electric hookahs? Really? I get that there’s this fad of having electric cigarettes and vapes, but at least make them good. I can’t remember which flavors my friends and I got, but each of them were horrible in taste. I love a good hookah, a bit of a hookah snob to be quite honest, and this just did not even come close. For the 18 – 21 year olds that were rampant in this place and are probably trying hookah for the first time, it must’ve been heaven. With the fancy light up and all… But no. If the place wants to be a serious HOOKAH lounge, it falls very short on this end. The owner seemed like a nice guy. And he noticed we weren’t very enthused with the hookah. He offered a free replacement of flavor. But really nothing was good. I give 1 star because he really tried. The other star comes from the belly dance performance. The dancer was great and very talented, but with the super young crowd, she wasn’t appreciated. I felt so bad for her. My friends and I cheered her on as much as we could to let her know she was killin it. Overpriced electric hookah that is not good. A very young crowd. Overly loud music(if the music was good I wouldn’t have minded btw, but the DJ sucked). All in all, avoid this place. You can get much better hookah in Paterson.

The owner really proved to be a man of his word. He took extreme care into my concern and truly showed me he cared. Little acts like that really set him apart from the rest of the businesses. The experience at Levie was wonderful. Thanks for a great experience.

Great place to bring your own beer/wine while enjoying a hookah. The place itself isn’t the biggest but definitely a chill place to enjoy some good music with good company. This particular night which was a Saturday night the dj was great. All different types of music. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms big & clean. Normally I never go to lounges in NJ but I will definitely come back here

A bunch of my cousins and I(about 15) went to this place to hang out and smoke hookah. The place is BYOB and wine. They have some desserts that you can order — cheesecake and similar items. They had an awesome variety of hookah flavors(I didn’t personally like the«blue mist» mix — too minty). But both my husband and I… And actually the rest of my cousins loved the electronic hookah. Think of it as a big vape pen but hookah style — no nicotine, potent flavor, and none of that charcoal taste you sometimes get with hookah. The place itself is very nice, even though some seats had the occasional burn marks on them. Great for large parties! Flat screen TVs were a nice touch, but I would recommended playing music videos instead of just your typical sports channels. The only negative thing about this place… is that even though we got there at 6 and stayed till about 10:30pm… They were going to charge us a cover starting at 10pm($ 10pp). However they were nice enough to wait until 11pm… Hence why we left before that. The prices of the hookahs were between $ 15 – 20 a piece(not bad if your splitting it with a few ppl). We would definitely go back to this spot in the future.

Been there twice, and the atmosphere was dope. Hands down best Hookah spot in Paterson. This place would be awesome if they had a bar, but other than that, solid place.

Really nice hookah spot! Went with a friend and the owner didn’t make us pay a cover which was really nice. We had blue mist which is by far the best hookah experience compared to all the places I been to. The coal was good not cheap and lasted us a good hour or so without coughing or anything. Outside is really nice where we stayed it’s really relaxed with music. The inside looked really nice as well. For the price we paid was worth it and reasonable for the hookah we got. Def will be returning in the future with my boyfriend.
