Fabian 8 is located on the 2^nd floor in Center City Mall. Parking is located on the lower level and make sure you validate your parking ticket at the theater booth and parking is free. It’s safe and secure… They have a mall RoboCop (security) lurking at all times and there are security cameras everywhere…
I’ve been to this theater on a few occasions and it’s great. I’m away from the hustle and bustle (AMC theaters), low ticket prices$ 10.50, bathrooms are clean as a whistle and the theater seating are pristine clean (you can eat off the floor), and it’s never really crowded. If you trying to be incognito you definitely can take someone to this theater… Ha!
Concession stands are affordable too. Or you can eat at IHOP downstairs…

I have been to the Fabian a few times with my family. It’s not a large theater like the mega multiplexes but it’s has 8 theaters that seat customers comfortably. The snack area is conveniently located. I’ve always found the theaters to be very clean. I like that the seating is graduated so one doesn’t have to worry about seeing over the heads of tall people in front of you. Also like that the seats can be leaned back a little. Employees I have encountered have been pleasant. I’m happy to patronize the «new Fabian» in my old hometown.
