Ellison Pizza & Deli

This is where I order lunch from every time I come to the beauty salon. Good pizzas and sandwiches!

There aren’t too many good pizzeria’s open anymore but you can count on Ellison Street Pizza to deliver good olé fashion pizza. They are a small family owned business located downtown Paterson. The owners are friendly (greet you with a smile) and a lot locals tend to flock here, and city employees.
One slice will run a hole in your pocket $ 1.75 haha not bad at all. Their slices are huge, perfect amount of cheese and sauce… And it’s not too oily. Also, they make excellent anti-​pasta salads, calzones, and specialty pizzas.
Sorry off street parking but it’s worth putting the quarter in the metered parking or else face getting a $ 35-​$ 45 ticket when you park in front of the business.
So if your in the area and your in the mood for some traditional pizza… Stop in and grab a slice or two.

Ellison Pizza, love it. They are my go to pizzeria. Most pizzeria’s that I order pasta or chicken parm at end up having very bland sauce– no flavor (I call that survival food lol) Well, thats not the case for Ellison their food has flavor. I personally prefer my pizza with a soft crust; they make it how I request. The owners and staff never messed up a delivery order. The food always arrives hot. The on foot-​at your door delivery guys are so nice. Free delivery, but I tip. They are clean!!! I totally recommend them. Ps. They make Taylor Ham, Egg and cheese on their homemade hard rolls !!! Omg. I’m hungry now.

Just had some really good pizza from this place. The slices are a nice size and the margarita slice hit the spot! I’ll definitely be going back to this place when I’m in the area. They are far better, in my opinion, than Broadway Pizza and that other pizza place on Ellison St. just a block up the street.

Food is great and very generous in portions. Location is sort of its flaw. This business has been running for ages. I am second generation and will continue the tradition in eating at this place.

This place is always nice & tidy, and they make a very good grilled chicken Caesar salad!
