I will always send anyone to Tier One Auto Collision, especially after the several positive experiences I have had there. For one thing Curtis (owner) and Anthony (manager) are the most polite and honest people in the business. No ambiguity at all its very clear and they stick to deadlines. They made my experience extremely easy and with no issue when I was in an accident. Not to mention, they have superior relations with auto insurance companies and getting me a rental without any hassle or inconvenience. Thank you Tier one the least I can do is leave you a 5 star Unilocal,if there was 6 id give you 6. USE THESE GUYS !!!

Got into a pretty shitty car accident and was upset about the damage to my new car. But after getting it back from Tier 1 Auto Collision you would never know what happened. I could not be happier with the service provided to me here, and I would recommend them to anybody. They even cleaned my car before giving it back to me!

I don’t know where to begin with this shop. They have great customer service, when I walked into the office I felt welcomed and felt like home and I knew right then in there my car was in great hands. Anthony and Curtis helped me set up my claim and directed me through all the sets and I really thank them because this was my first ever accident. My car was a wreck when I brought it to them but when i went to go pick it up I was stunned and almost cried because the car came out amazing. They put there heart and soul into my car and that showed me they are all about the costumer. I recommend everyone to please bring your cars to tier 1 because there works speaks for it self.
