I should have read the reviews for this place before I purchased a package from them. I will never go back there again. I had to reschedule a session because of medical advice by my doctor (I was but on antibiotics by the overnight emergency doctor for an infection). Because of this, they demanded additional payment upon arriving to my scheduled appointment and refused to perform services I had already paid for. They made me drive all the way over there for nothing. They didn’t have the courtesy to tell me about this in either of the 2 phone conversations I made on 2 separate days confirming the appointment.
The teenager that works there was extremely rude when turning me away from services I had already paid for. I immediately disputed this charge with my bank and I have been refunded services they refused me. I suggest you do the same if you run into a problem with them.
Their cancellation policy is ridiculous and they don’t care about cancellations due to medical circumstances. They are extremely unprofessional. This was a groupon purchase too — you would think they would try to gain new customers instead of treating them so bad they push them to write negative reviews.
I am at least relieved that I didn’t get burns on my face like previous reviews here state. Thinking back, I don’t know how I agreed to a teenager treating me like that!
They also only have a yag laser. If you do any research on laser types, you will realize that if you have fair skin an alexandrite is far superior to a yag. After observing treated areas by them (and comparing them to my previous alexandrite treatments) I certainly agree with the research.

I went here for laser hair removal and ended up with severe burns. I had hyper and hypo pigmentation and still have hypo pigmentation and will need to now go to a dermatologist. Hoping and praying it will go away. They have tried to make it right by me but this doesnt sit right by me and wouldnt want anyone else to go through this. The technician is young and may not have too much experience. At one point she told me that something may have caused the scarring and not the procedure. Prior to this I had perfect skin.

I was given a gift certificate to Spafit for massage. The masseuse Sonia was excellent. It was a good experience.

Don’t fall for the cheap deal. Go to a legit place w/​experienced staff & up to date equipment that works properly. Do your homework… google the laser & make sure you’re not getting hair removal when it’s supposed to be skin tightening, because the skin tightening hand piece is broken… again. Go to a place that has more than one esthetician working each shift, so you can get appointments. You get what you pay for, don’t mess with your skin for a bargain.

I bought laser packages in April for multiple body parts. I had heard in the past it could take 12 sessions to even see a difference. I have been 3 times and I have had noticeable decrease in hair !! My esthetician Sara was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and she was very thorough. Not to mention the prices are absolutely amazing compared to other spas and the facility is clean and quiet, although attached to a gym you cannot hear anything going on inside. I highly recommend SpaFit !!! I am looking forward to trying other services in the future and to be hairless by the time I am finished with my packages !!!

Just had a laser treatment the other day with the esthetician. She was very thorough and sweet, environment is clean and relaxing. Had an amazing experience and will definately reccommend to friends and family !!

Just called to schedule a massage. The woman said they only give massages on Tuesdays and Fridays and they aren’t open on Sundays. What type of spa only gives massages two days a week?
