Can never get a hold of the maintenance manager, doesnt return phone calls, he’s rarely there and no one knows who the current owner is. Our air conditioner has been out for over a month and despite many desperate attempts to contact them, I have heard nothing. On really hot days we have to stay with ex because the heat is unbearable and we cant cook anything with out it becoming even hotter.
