Every time I come here I hope they will get their act together but I’m always proven wrong. It’s such a disappointment to wait over 20 minutes for a drive thru order and the food is either cold or wrong!
I get that it’s cheap and in the «hood» but even McDonalds and the other chains around here have it down to a science! They need more staff or new management, probably both!

Went out my way to make an account just to review. Horrible overall. Wait in line was long plus wait for food which didn’t even have everything. Cooks in back texting with tons of people in line and only a few people trying overwhelmed. No communication of staff. This is the second time it has happened. Thought it was just that day the last time. This is coming from someone who worked fast food. McDonald’s it is. True rating– half star. *AVOID*

This is the only BK around my house, otherwise I would NEVER go here. Drive thru is a joke. Always takes forever… at least the employees usually apologize but I dont understand the problem. I waited at the window, no joke, for 15 minutes one time. And that was for a small order. Avoid if you can!

It looks like they are moving a lot. But they don’t get much done. Service isn’t horrible but could improve. The new soda machines can be confusing. I really don’t think mixing flavors like that is necessary.
