Whoo hooo, I wonder if they listened! The seating is so much better in here now. I forgot to take a photo but I will next time(when I remember). They’ve placed a long tall table for group seating and hightops so you don’t have to have your face in someone’s behind as they stand around waiting for their coffee. I’d give it 5 stars if they could get the staff to be more friendly and a bit faster. It seems the focus is on the drive through, just because I walked in and want to put my own cream and sugar the way I like it doesn’t mean I want to wait longer than the person who doesn’t want to get out of their car. If you walk in and are treated second rate to those that are sitting in their car, then why even make the interior nicer? Perhaps the focus is on drive through because they can time those orders? So many times when you walk in, the entire staff is focused on the drive through, and they don’t even notice that you’ve walked in. Come on, if I park and walk inside please take the two seconds to smile and say hello, at least notice someone actually came in(maybe you need an old fashioned bell). This always cracks me up, I have a Starbucks gold card with my name printed on it. I hand it to the cashier for payment and they always ask my name… uhhh, it is printed on the card you’re holding. How about, «hello Veronica, thanks for being a gold card member» as soon as I hand it to them(nope they are hyper focused on the task of entering or writing the details of my order. I’ve joked with the staff and said«my name is on the card your holding» it always seems like an «ah ha» moment for them, but they do it the next time. I know the staff tends to be teenage kids or college kids that work there and it’s a revolving door, but I’m in sales, it doesn’t take much to smile, greet someone quickly and say thank you. I’m sure it is a management issue as I know SBUX corporate would push down these simple instructions from the top. These are easy fixes! We are going to try a more local store today downtown and hoping for more friendly staff there. The cold reality is that I am a creature of habit and I know I’ll be back I like a few of the coffee’s there so even if they ignore me when I come in and I have to get their attention I will go back it would just be nice to feel like they appreciate my business(I spend between 4.50 –20 when I go in… grab the snacks and water and love the to go salads when I have to eat on the road).

There were absolutely no cars in the line whatsoever and we sat in the car for about 8 minutes. When Clara handed me my change she said«so uh here’s uh yeah.» My boyfriends hot chocolate tasted as if it was old or watered down and our breakfast sandwich was very quickly and sloppily put together. I definitely do NOT recommend this Starbucks.

I was on my way to Los Angeles Saturday Morning April 2nd and I saw this Starbucks on the road so I decided to stop by. Let me just say the cashier LIED to me about the Starbucks reward card. I’m a gold member and I’m that customer that likes to take advantage of that. I’ll do separate transactions for every item in order to earn more stars to get closer toward a free drink. I NOW know that the new reward program starts on the 12 of April because I checked my email to see if the girl was right since the day before in my hometown I did separate transactions and I wasn’t reminded that the program was changing the next day. It might sound dumb and stupid but you just don’t LIE to customers about the reward program Starbucks offers just bc you don’t want to swipe my card three times. I ordered 3 grande hot chocolates so how hard was it to do that three times. I saw the next day that I only had one star and that the new program starts on the 12. Stop being lazy and do your job correctly.

9 out of 11 visits they have messed up my order and it’s only green tea and lemonade. Because this location so consistently gives me the wrong drink I decided to never give my business to Starbucks any longer. I was a 4 – 5 times a week customer and they have wasted enough of my time and money. All I can say is don’t leave the building until you verify they made what you asked for.

First of all, I would like to mention that I work retail, so I know how it feels to work customer service. My visit today? Wow. This location needs some serious customer service training. I ordered three items. Two came out just fine. I waited and waited for the other, when a young man behind the bar called my name and asked me what else I was wanting. I told him the other item that I bought and was waiting for and it looked as though maybe they just forgot my order, which I can understand. I follow him over to the cooler area so that once it is done I can take it and go. Then he says, «actually what I meant to say is that we do not have XYZ in stock. What else can I get you?» Okay so, before I order the cashier should know whether you have the item in stock. But alas I digress. Then I say ok, I’ll take XYZ item instead because it’s the exact same price so no hassle there. He makes me the item and I take it and go. I get out to my car and see that it isn’t the item that I had asked for. I go back inside and kindly say that isn’t the item I asked for and wait for the original item to be toasted. As I am waiting for the item, I hear the staff talking badly about previous customers. Mind you this is all while other loyal customers are still in the store. I can’t tell you how much it saddens me that this goes on in front of all your loyal Starbucks customers. My advice? Staff, keep the rude comments to yourself or wait until when there is no one left to hear you. I know there are a lot of demanding customers out there wanting some crazy long and complicated order, but take the time to listen to them so that the order isn’t messed up. Even if it is busy, take that extra time. The customers will appreciate the time you take to make the order right, or in my case, let me know first off that you don’t have an item in stock.

This Starbucks isn’t so bad. They can get my drink right and there isn’t usually bad of a wait.

Drove into the drive through this afternoon to get an iced tea because it’s very hot outside. The line was three cars deep, but I got through pretty quickly. The girl at the window to deliver the drink was full of smiles and great customer service, good job

Not impressed. Girl handed me my very hot coffee without a stopper. Spilled down my arm on blouse It was running down my car door. I asked for a napkin she said ya. Window closed it took a while then she opened it to give me my change. Holding my arm up with coffee running down it I said I need a napkin and I’m pretty sure she said I said I’d get you one.

Unfriendly customer service in the drive-thru offers the best work gossip you could ever wish that you didn’t hear is paired with friendly customer service when you’re a walk-in customer. That’s how you know you’re at a Starbucks. The location is always clean and surprisingly quicker when it’s understaffed versus when its overstaffed and employees are literally just hanging around with nothing to do. It’s a Starbucks though. It’s one of the pack. The only negative experience I’ve had with a drink is when I had an iced chai tea latte that tasted like they didn’t mix it properly, but I was already at my house when I had the first sip. I couldn’t be bothered to drive back and complain that they had caused me to regret spending my last $ 4 on their delicious latte’s.

Always seems to be a long line which I understand, we all want our coffee, but I’ve actually received a giftcard for their being over 5 mins while I am at the window. The reason my review is only 2 stars is that twice now they have messed up my order in two consecutive trips. I order a simple blonde coffee with 3 cream and 1 sugar, grande. They repeat the order to me and low and behold they can me a tall with 1 cream and sugar. How do I know the cream and sugar ratio? It says it right on the sticker showing my order… I think I’m done with this starbucks.

I give this location most of my business but it’s not because of the great service but more because it’s on my way to work. They get my order wrong about 50% of the time. Now look, I order a drip coffee with cream… that’s it, not some half caff/double whip/caramel drizzle monstrosity. I simply order a coffee with cream and they can’t get it right… even if I am the only customer in the store or drive thru. I have to check my drink everyday and I hand it back 50% of the time. It’s become kind of game now for me now and I keep a tally.

I’m there all the time cause I work near by. 87% the time they get my order wrong. An when I do bring it back, witch isn’t often cause I’d rather deal if I can… They have the worst attitudes. An one person yesterday was short tempered with me when I asked for something they were out of. How do I know. An in the drive threw a few people act like asked em to jump off a cliff when I order. All I get is green ice tea with out sugar. Sometimes they use so much sugar it tastes like syrup. An when one was un drinkable I parked an brought it in an said I ordered this with no sugar. She snapped at me to take my lid. If you can go somewhere else… Do! Nasty lil attitudes

I give this location about 90% of my business. Very good drive thru experiences and it’s in a good location. I really like a lot of the staff who are helpful and professional. They seem to have a high turnover, maybe it has to do with one of the managers publicly ridiculing her staff in front of customers and being a total B. I dunno.

Have to give a shout out to my local SB. They cheerfully put up with my whims. No matter how douchy your order, they will fill it with a smile. I like that even if you walk into the counter, they will still put in the cream if you ask. This could be important if you are ordering for someone else. I’m just bummed that they no longer have chocolate whipped cream(but that’s not their fault). Even though it’s a corporate business, you can tell it’s still small town Paso when the employees know many of their customers by name(BEFORE they even write it on the side of the cup) :-)

I dont even drink coffee however, my wife does. We go to this location maybe once or twice a week and the girls are super friendly. I work in customer service and I tend to critque every where I go. I always think though, how nice and friendly their employees are. I saw that someone wrote differantly on 10÷1÷12, and I just wanted to put in my two since saying I disagree.

I am a big Starbucks fan. My fav way to start off my morning is with a delicious, caffeinated, non-fat latte. I’ve never had any problems at Starbucks before– I order the drink, pay for it, and in a few minutes, I receive the drink I’ve ordered. —But not at this Starbucks. Oh no. This place is like the Bermuda Triangle– Venti’s turn into Tall’s, non-fat turns into whole milk, and Pumpkin Spice even turns into a Cappuccino! I have counted, and my order-through the Drive-Thru-has been incorrect 13 times. Sure, I understand a mistake1,2, or even 3 times. But 13? And what is worse– is when you inform them that this is not the correct drink-they seem irritated with you. I have given up on this place. The Starbucks by Target is awesome and I will stick to that one!

The girls that work at this location are not friendly. I walked in one day and one of the girls were making drinks and taking orders on the intercom. She was so rude, didn’t even look at me and she basically through the coffee sleeve at me. REALLY? if you are that unhappy don’t work at a coffee shop. We spend way to much money for bad service.

Review about their Evolution Fresh juice, essential vegetable! Tasted like medicine, horrible. The cost was $ 5.00 . The supermarkets sell better juices for half the price, Starbucks you can do better.

Now I know what you are thinking«5 stars for a Starbucks? Does he own stock in them?» No, I don’t. This is not a review of Starbucks the corporation, just of this location. Yes, all the products are exactly the same as every other location at the same prices. The reason this location gets 5 stars is the service. This location is right on my way to work and I stop here 2 or 3 times a week. Everyone is really friendly, happy, they are always working(unlike those locations where employees stand around when there are customers) and I am in and out of there in a few minutes. That makes Randy happy. Thanks!
