So much food! After a day of wine tasting an appetizer was more than enough. So much good food and drink. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful restaurant with a very capable staff. We sort of ended up here after getting poor service at another restaurant(Cello) and we were not disappointed. The halibut is spectacular and the flat iron steak was very well prepared and seasoned. The service was attentive and prompt while not being over bearing. They offer a full bar and great wine list. We will definitely be back.

Friend and I came in on a Saturday night. We had heard some good things about the place. We sat at the bar. Dennis was professional. More interested in inventory than being engaging/personable. Bar was dirty. We ordered calamari for a starter. Incredibly overcooked rings. Dry ‘n bland. Seemed to be frozen. Dipping sauce/aioli was a plus. We ordered the short rib special. Big bone. Little meat. Good, but you’d have to order three to fill up. Carmelized sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts were horrific. Burnt. Dry. Rehashed and recooked several times. Rookie mistakes. Poor management. Won’t be back

You know a hotel restaurant is fabulous if you have people coming into the hotel just to eat. We enjoyed breakfast there each morning, but also had a fabulous dinner there as well. If you go for breakfast say Hi to Brenda. She is fabulous. Love her sense of humor and her hospitality. She also recommended 2 fabulous wineries for us to visit. A definite spot you should hit if you are visiting Paso

Here it is… I’m a food snob. As one, you dream of the days you can count on one hand the blissful meals that drive your palate to the extremes. You delight in their savor. You embrace the combinations. You drench yourself in their splendor. When you get done dreaming and need the real deal, go to Enoteca. The food DELIVERS. I had the Black Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon Aged White Cheddar Potatoes Au Gratin, Sautéed Haricots Verts, Herb Butter, Marchand de Vin. Cooked to perfection. The Potatoes Au Gratin is sort of a Potatoes au Gratin meets potato cake. An absolute delight that sent me straight to heaven. And the Haricots had some divine intervention. For those who don’t like veggies, this is a pastor who has just now converted you. — The hubster had Lemon Grilled 14 oz. Certified Angus Ribeye, Grilled Scallions Mashed Potatoes Tian with Goat Cheese, Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus, Horseradish Crème Fraiche. Shut the front door. Really? Our forks were permanently glued to our lips to kiss this delightful invention. The portion sizes are large. You could almost split an entrée. As good as this was, we ended up taking doggie bags to our room. Remember to NOT put them in the hotel mini bar, as that has no refrigeration(weird). Put them in the guest fridge under the TV cabinet. — When we brought the leftovers home after the weekend, the meal was just as delicious the following day. WELLDONEENOTECA. We will be back! Salut! — We were back the next morning for breakfast. Breakfast must be the same chef. Mushroom and cheese omelette? He wowed me with Portobello mushrooms. Far be it than to bring me ordinary mushrooms. Again, a beautiful sauce danced up this dish to a wonderful pirouette. Mangia bene.

If Patrick is your bartender or server this place rocks, if not, it’s a crap shoot and most likely crap. There is a female bartender/server with the worst attitude ever and really we should have just left and not even bothered with eating there. Another time, we waited ten plus minutes at a table, finally went to the bar where a different bartender chatted with friends, finally got a drink after another ten minutes. When Patrick is there we always feel welcome and service is beyond awesome.

Great atmosphere and food. I ordered a spinach salad with scallops but it took a long time to arrive and the scallops had no flavor.

This review is for the bar, as I have not eaten at the tables inside the restaurant. I have gone to the bar a few times for a martini and an appetizer. Outstanding lemon drops and customer service. I am sorry I don’t know the bartender’s name, slightly older, and he is fantastic. Makes a great drink and always has suggestions about the food. He is a great addition to the bar and one of the reasons I keep going back.

My wife and I were greeted at our table by the very friendly and entertaining Vince. The service was fantastic all night. There was a large wine selection which did not disappoint. My wife got the filet mignon which had amazing flavor and broccolini which was perfect! I had the seafood pasta and loved every bite. Both dishes were exceptional and well worth the price. We would love to come back sometime.

This restaurant is fantastic! When visiting Paso Robles we always make a point to dine here. It is a cosy restaurant, and the food is excellent! The Coconut Crusted Halibut is the best I have every had. Everything on the menu is perfectly done and presentation is sexy! The staff is very professional and the food is always served hot. You will not be disappointed. Check it out!

The first thing is that I like the ambiance. Low lighting, fireplace, attentive waiters. I had a ribeye steak medium rare with crabmeat, asparagus, bernase sauce & mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. A Cabernet from Halter Ranch completed the perfect meal. I went back the next night and had a Cesar salad with scallops. Not as spectacular but still very tasty. I will come back.

We had a lovely breakfast here! The California Scramble was delicious! Poor Brenda was the only server on hand. For being so busy she was very attentive and friendly. The young lady who was assisting her was also very helpful. Great food and great service! Thank you Brenda, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

I chose this restaurant because it seemed to have good reviews on food and atmosphere but I was kind of disappointed. The food and services were ok but it was not really what I expected. This was my first time in Paso Robles so I chose based on Unilocal reviews but now after talking to people living in the area and after look at all the other restaurants available, there are a few restaurants that I will try next trip.

We love staying at La Bellasera whenever we’re in Paso — its conveniently located, amazingly relaxing, just a little bit indulgent and the best thing? There is a pretty darn delicious restaurant on the premises so its within walking distance of your room if you don’t feel like dressing up or driving after a relaxing day of wine tasting. We’ve eaten dinner here a number of times during trips to Paso — the food is delicious, they usually have some interesting specials and if you’re staying at the hotel, they will let you bring your own wine and not charge corkage for the first bottle!!! Favorites include the coconut shrimp, firestone steamed mussels, sirloin steak and the rib eye.

I am hoping that someone in the management of this restaurant replies to this review. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Paso. It’s very low key, yet warm and inviting. I normally come for lunch with at least 2 or 3 people when I am in the area. I am guessing 20+ visits since the hotel has opened. It’s one of my favorite restaurants to conduct a business lunch. I decided to try dinner with my family. We were all dressed up for a big night. I had a sportcoat on, and we were all excited as we were warmly greeted by the Bellasera Hotel front desk staff. That’s when, for lack of a better phrase, we were punched in the face by the elderly hostess. It was like a record had been scrached with a needle. As the hostess intently focused on her notes at her podium, she asked how many people would be dining. After which, her head went down, eyes intently focused on her notes. As if she were studying a closed-loop integral math equation. There were dozens of open tables at the time. One moment she said… off to walk around the restaurant. We waited patiently. Back to the booth. Studying intently again. Notice that I have not used the word smile. Or happily greeted… Ok this way. As we were seated and menus passed out, she used the word«condescending» to a one of us. Nobody had asked her a question or spoke to her. It was completely out of left field. How on Earth could any hostess ever use this word without offending someone. «I don’t mean to be condescending. …». «Really, I am not trying to be condescending. .». «Not to sound condescending but…». Just the use of the spoken word condescending is CONDESCENDING. Someone needs to let her know she’s rude. I didn’t. I was not about to ruin an incredibly night on the town. Our service and waiter was outstanding. Totally turned the music back on the record machine. He quickly helped us with food choices, and the shrimp, cheese and artichoke appetizer was our favorite. We also always order the babyback rib appetizer too. Our meals were awesome! Prime rib cooked to perfection. Drinks capped and food server hot. Dennis did all this while tending the bar too. Obviously 1 star off for the crabby insulting hostess. She should be ushered off to a place where she can no longer offend customers. Ta ta’!

Go for the brunch, stay for the great service, then rub your happy tummy. I love the Eggs Benedict and as a local, this is a happy hang out on a lazy Monday.

Ten stars! After a really bad experience at another restaurant my husband and I had chosen as our place for dinner, this restaurant made our night. We found it after we waited for half hour at another place and are glad we left now. The service was so nice and refreshing from the moment I called to see if we they were still open for dinner. We got to the hotel and lady at the front desk was super nice and the hostess of the restaurant was also very polite and sat us right away. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive to us it really made our night. We had the clams and mussels to start and they were great with their bread. My husband had the rib eye which he just loved and melted in your mouth and I had the filet mignon which with green beans and potatoes and it was all soo amazing. The food and service was great and I have absolutely no complaints. Try it out and you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to come back.
