Can’t speak to bike rental or repair, but as a retailer I recommend going elsewhere. TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. They sold me a product, placed a backorder, gave me the wrong part, and then refused to honor their sales agreement and required me to pay more for the part they originally sold! FALSEADVERTISING. My rear dérailleur cable was almost worn through so I walked in planning on dropping my bike off to have it replaced. I hoped to get the bike back within a day or two, but Chase said«let me put that on for you.» 10 minutes later it was done and at a very reasonable cost. Outstanding customer service with a very friendly atmosphere.

When in Paso Robles and looking to rent bikes you will find none. This place did and for a reasonable price. Call or go by as depending on their shop day… as at this location they don’t really rent bikes. This is really a warehouse/maintence store and they were busy with satisfied customer after another.

Big Save by the floor manager yesterday. i went on line to replace a stolen saddle for my bike. its a very hard to get seat and I needed it for the aidslifecycle ride on Sunday. found this store through a google search and saw they had instant chat. so I hit them up about an overnight shipping KEVIN the customer service rep on chat should be about 5 sheets to the wind in his 1⁄8 of pot he must be smoking. He literally took 15 Min’s to answer one question«Can you ship me the saddle overnight» his glorious answer was«YEP» … OK really? «YEP» 5 Min’s later he finally comes back and says i would need to call to order it.
OK no problem 15 Min’s of my life wasted waiting to find out I needed to call only to be number 1 in the Que on hold for another ten Min’s due to «heavy call volume» by this time I am a little annoyed talking to surfer boy KEVIN on instant chat was like pulling teeth from a dead seal. so why 3 stars I take most of the blame for waiting till the last minute to get the seat replaced and my frustration was mostly with myself. Of course being the annoyed human I am I decided to take it out on the customer service rep that answered the phone. Imagine my shock to find they had only one saddle left they could send it overnight no problem but only if I had done business with them before. OK I took off on that guy something good and let him know he was losing the sale and it thought it was a real crummy way to conduct business. Turns out the agent on the phone was the direct sales manager and said to me look I want to make you happy lets see if we can figure this out and he asked me some security questions about my address matching the credit card etc for his protection then walked to the warehouse to ship me the seat over night and after I calmed down I was sold that what was important to this company was to get me on the road and ride. I got the saddle this morning. Love it ! I paid 250 cash for this seat 3 years ago and got it from Cambria bike for 179 and with overnight shipping I still paid less than the 1st seat from a shop in town. will i be a customer with them from now on? you bet would I ever use instant chat again with this site? NOPE !! They truly deserve 5 stars for saving the sale but KEVIN I am sorry you stole their glory with shoddy response time and a less than stellar customer service performance. Got to get my gear packed I have a 7 day ride to do and now my ass is saved thanks Cambria

CBO is awesome, I ordered online a set of commuter tires for my bike, they price smash any other advertised amount to guarantee you will get the best price, shipping is reasonable for UPS ground, and I got it in two days. They now have a permanent spot in my bookmarks.
