Read John’s post at avsforum while searching for a solution on a problem with my beloved Samsung plasma. Sent him a quick email not knowing if I’ll get a response or not. Well he did. and I’m not even a customer of theirs! Gave me a couple of tips on dealing with Samsung customer service and parts quote(very quick). I wish Samsung has John so I can give them the same review and not suck with helping out customers even when they’re out of warranty.

I’m having issues with a 5 year old Samsung TV and John’s been extremely helpful in diagnosing and prescribing possible fixes. As you can imagine it’s difficult to know whether or not it’s cost effective to repair a modern TV of this age and having to navigate Samsung’s warranty and customer service doesn’t make it any easier. John’s helped to cut through much of the jargon and get to a fix. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his company’s services again.
