Don’t ever go if you’re in any kind of hurry. The pre Katrina post office was great… there were always 4 or 5 windows open & you could get in & out quickly. Since they rebuilt the much smaller post office, there’s never more than 2 people working behind the counter. I went in the Wednesday before Christmas at noon…& there was one person working & there was a line of people out the door.
The only positive is the people that work there are always really nice!
