I would give this place no stars if I could. One, we waited 20 mins for a double bottom bun chicken sandwich. Two, they forgot the chili. Three, it smells really bad(canned ham) when I walked in to get my chili.

Would give a zero if I could. Worst service. Went in because thought it would be quick. Everything I ordered wrong, cashier had an attitude. It took wayyy longer than it should’ve to cook a couple burgers w at least 6 people behind the counter. Should contact corporate. They all seemed clueless and didn’t care about their service at all.

Ew, never come to this place. I understand it’s a fast food place and that’s never pleasant, but today I found a fly in my sprite. I had only a few sips before I found the fly(thank god) but it’s nasty and should never happen. Called the store and the person I talked to was very apologetic and offered free food, even though I didn’t want it because I don’t want to eat there again.

This location is horrible, and is ran by completely special needs staff members. The«staff» here isn’t able to properly make your meal, even if the request you had made was repeated & confirmed! My recent experience started in their drive-thru. There was 2 cars a head of me and it took nearly 15 minutes to get to pick my order up. By that time I sat and waited to place my order. When I finally did place it, the staff member wasn’t too excited to take my order, but did so anyways. I ordered the fish fillet, plain. I repeated plain twice and made sure, she repeated my order back. Needless to say after a 15 minute wait and then getting home, having the wrong order would probably make you mad. And… yeah, mine was wrong… . I went back to speak with their supervisor. Moment’s before I placed my order, I witnessed another person with the same issue, a wrongly prepared meal. I explained to the supervisor about what I witnessed. The supervisor really had no explanation. The supervisor gave me a extra-large fry and beverage because we all know more food will make anyone happier. I proceeded to request a refund. She practically ignored my inquire, and I just took my new food and left. After not being refunded my money, I will never return, and that’s a first for any business.

I mean, come on. It’s Wendy’s! But I have to rate this one b/c this particular franchise is so lopsided. First, these people actually make burgers that look like the picture. This place is the best tasting Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. BUT… and there’s a big but here… the service is atrocious. The wait is horrible. I was second in line in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes to get my food. Then I tried walking in. Took almost 15 minutes. It’s just insane! But people will wait b/c the food is prepared better at this location then anywhere else. Pick up the service and this will be, hands down, the best Wendy’s ever. However, even though I live about 2 minutes from here, I rarely ever go b/c of the wait.
