Wallbeds N More are actually franchises and the owners here in Pasadena are amazing!
it’s actually her store, but he helps. ;) i feel awful i cannot remember their names at this time, but the husband/​wife team were both very patient in answering all of our questions and helped us find the perfect unit /​solution for our space.
delivery was actually earlier than expected, but everything was custom as ordered and arrived in perfect condition.
make no mistake, these wallbeds can be expensive — they are real wood and meant to last. know that this isn’t some cheap (name your favorite Swedish build it yourself co.) furniture you are buying. there are many styles to choose from, a wide palate of color and many of the units as separate pieces: so you might mix and match a night table for a taller shelf, or two drawer units, etc., the possibilities seem endless.
hot tip: you can save yourself some money by buying during their once a year sale. send an email through their website and make an appt. to meet the owners and see the showroom. she’ll tell ya when they sale is (i want to say April/​May, but not positive on that…) and help you find the perfect bed for your home.

It was such a blessing finding this place. I have been truly blessed. The customer service was Great! And the owner had patients with me. I’m a happy camper.

The show room was tiny and compact. The sales lady was helpful. The prices were on the high side and the waiting period for delivery is 4 weeks or more… not cash and carry kind of place.

Great place to get a wall bed in a hurry. You can find cheaper prices, for sure online, but they give you $ 200 off your first purchase, and save you the headache of having it moved into your house and putting it together – which I heard was a nightmare. Apparently people have lost fingers from putting Murphy beds together.
I ordered the U DO IT because not only was it the most economical, but I can paint it the color I want and add mirrors to the front of it and make it look more Modern/​Contemporary than the usual traditional Murphy Bed look.
Stephanie was super helpful, and gave me an extra 5% off, if I paid with cash. Will update with a picture, once I receive it and glam it up next week!

We LOVE our wallbed/​desk. We had a great experience with Stephanie, got an awesome payment plan, and have really enjoyed the use of space. Highly recommend!
