The basic, not regulated, cold medications were locked up and there was no one on the floor to unlock them. I went to the counter, had them find someone, and he had an extraordinarily bad attitude. I explained that I don’t deserve to be treated as a criminal and they shouldn’t treat people this way. He denied they do that, then wouldn’t allow me to carry the unlocked medication to the cashier. Apparently he does think we should be treated as criminals. I left without purchasing anything, went ½ mile to a CVS, things were accessible, purchased what I needed.
Not right to treat people that badly, I won’t be back.

Your typical Walgreens, nothing special, but also nothing to complain. They have all you expect and if you don’t find it, just ask and somebody will help you.

This is a great store! Every time I go, I am greeted as I enter by an employee. The cosmetics department is THE best. They are super helpful and take coupons and tell you if something you’re buying is on sale. The cosmetics department here is so great, I only buy my cosmetics here now. I also love how easy it is to upload photos online at
and pick them right up. I’m so glad to have such a great Walgreens location nearby.

I was sent to Walgreens from CVS because they looked up a product that Walgreens had IN STOCK!
1) I walked around the store in every aisle six times and never found the product anywhere.
2) there are about three people on the floor working in pricing things and when I came back around to find them they had all disappeared. There was only one person in the pharmacy and one cashier and I was a long line of at least five or six people at that point.
So basically there was NO ONE TO ASK FOR ANY HELP!!!
I ended up going home and ordering it from Amazon Prime!
This place is LIMITED, small and good luck finding someone to answer your questions.

Very friendly cashier and a quick check out. This walgreens has most of the items you may need and I find they usually have my regular products in stock.
The cashiers get 5 stars.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, hands down. My insurance is not that great, and neither is my health. The staff has gone out of their way to find me discount programs &c to save me money on my prescriptions. At last count, my husband and I are saving over $ 150 a month because of their recommendations. I suppose it goes without saying that they’re friendly and know me by name. :)

If you lose your prescription and have your Doctor try to refill it, your S.O.L. with Kim! Lost a bottle of low grade painkiller shortly after it was filled. Once I was able to reach Doctor to refill, he called me back, saying «Kim» would not refill and was very unpleaseant, in general. Hey Kim, let’s leave the «big boy» decisions to the Dr. s and you stick to doing what they tell you to do?! Best part, CVS could not have been more accommodating. Even called to let me know their store didn’t have script in stock, but called it over to nearby CVS and it was ready to go… now that’s service! Kim is a clown and so is this Walgreens! Never again.

Never fails. every time I go down to Pasadena I get super sick. I swear it is some curse or something… Thanksgiving was no different… fortunately this place was near our hotel. Got what I needed and to help me survive the next 3 days. ugh…

There is nothing special about this Walgreens and to be honest its not even worth a review. Ive been to some fantabulous Walgreens in my past, where the store was clean, staff was friendly, and service was prompt. This however has none of the above. Its mediocre in all aspect. Never met a rude nor nice cashier. Never saw it clean nor was it dirty, and the service is slow considering no one else is ever in here when I come.
I just come here when I have coupons, I like the CVS N of this place a lot better. I believe its cheaper with a lot more selection.

Bad bad bad. Absolute WORST customer service. The cashier at the pharmacy ran out of change (dollars). Waited 20 minutes while the «manager» was paged and paged and paged and paged. Then she walked up and, with attitude, asked what the problem was… unbelievable. Not going here again. Nope. No way.
