The Gainsborough

I have lived here for two months in a one bedroom apartment. I have no complaints about this place. A big bonus is that our manager is extremely receptive to any feedbacks and responds quickly to any repairs. She is very reasonable, helpful, and easy to talk to.
It’s quiet and reasonably priced place, not to mention you are paying for a big sized apartment 1000 sq ft in a prime location between lake avenue and old town pasadena. And it’s walkable to many café and restaurants. The only downside is that it’s an old building so not new and shiny. Kitchen especially looks like it’s from the 60s and 70s but I am surprised to find how quiet it is. I never hear my neighbors except sometimes he or she farts really loud upstairs. That’s only about three times per week.

Great location. Well taken care of building. Quiet street. Very Clean.
Great variety of people living here. Young professionals, students, cute families, older well established professionals etc. The building is well taken care of and updated. Friendly people, close to everything. Private patios and balconies. Private gated parking, storage and on-​site laundry.
Very desirable building!
