There are few people camping in this Starbucks. They occupy the tables by placing shopping bags, cereal boxes, ceramic bowl, and variety of other stuff. Another one setup an office space for himself on one of the table. He has monitor stand, large folders, etc.
My problem is these people are there all day long. So you never find a table to sit and have your coffee for 15 min. I’m not sure why Starbucks staff doesn’t do anything about it. I’ve been to this Starbucks location for 8 – 10 times within last 3 weeks and campers have been there everyday. So I decided to avoid this Starbucks location from now on.

African-​American «barista» at the register today. This clerk was so unfriendly. Instead of her focus on being a #$%$^^, she should know the price point on an item. She mistakingly quoted the WRONG PRICE re: my question to know what were the prices of a Mango/​Black tea Teavana. Sis, if you are going to throw shade, at LEAST know your job. #Icant #GirlBye

Nice outdoor seating area. I didn’t want the usual bitter Starbucks burnt coffee so I went with the iced vanilla latte. Very nice on a hot day but it goes empty so fast.

Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee places. However, this time, I ordered two things– a clam-​shell shaped cookie and a lemonade. Why no coffee? I didn’t feel up to it this time even though I love the flavored coffee. I especially love the pumpkin spice latte.
I noticed that there were phone or tablet charging stations on the table. I asked a barista about it and he said that I needed to download an app for the charging station so I did. I charged my phone partially as the charging station was intermittent. It was disappointing. I still enjoyed my cookie and lemonade while I enjoyed people watching.

Basic Starbucks experience. Small parking lot, so be careful of some bad drivers. There’s outdoor seating and some indoor seating.
I’ve had a few group meetings here and we can accommodate 8 people at one of the larger tables inside!

Need a larger bathroom, one stall with no code is ridiculous! Limited seating. Whoever constructed this Starbucks didn’t know what they were doing. Plus the bathroom door doesn’t have the vacant door turn knob so an elderly man got walked in by another customer.
As of the actually coffee the usual Starbucks nothing special, I would go to another location in Pasadena.

This has been my go to Starbucks in the area for some personal work. It is very close to where I am now living and each visit has been fine. Baristas are always friendly, welcoming, nice, attentive, and efficient here. Store is always clean. Parking is easy in the private lot or street parking near by. Prices are reasonable.
My only downfall is not enough tables inside for laptop work. In other words, there is a difficult time to get a table with available plugs for laptops. I like to work outside in the daylight for non computer work and then try to get a seat inside. I know I can work at home, but I get free refills since I am Gold Member and I like being in the public.
Overall I love this Starbucks for location, friendly staff members, and easy access. There is no drive-​thru at this Starbucks.

I like the fact that they have a clover machine and I usually come here to receive better customer service than the starbucks on colorado by pcc. Unfortunately it appears the service has become better at the pcc starbucks than the one on hill. I was rung up by Amanda on Tuesday July 28th at around 11 am. I asked her multiple questions about starbucks card. She was zero help and kept staring at the line like I was annoying her. She said ya u can call corporate and called for the next customer. At least the one on by pcc they are friendly and most know my name.

A cozy Starbucks with a very nice FREE parking lot. It has lots of patio tables and a very ‘happening’ indoors. The staff here is so enthusiastic and always ready to give you more than you expect. Drinks are always made as your ordered, if you end up with an incorrect drink they’ll fix it and you now have 2 drinks to yourself. This is how all businesses should be ran!
It’s clean inside and out, music level just right that possibly has to do with the accoustics of the building. I can hang out here for hours and feel at home.

I’ve always had positive experiences at this Starbucks. It is clean, great music, friendly staff and they are quick to take your order and get it to you. It’s conveniently located near the freeway and always has the latest selection of sandwiches and juices on display. Parking located in the back and the space features a bunch of tables and a long work space if you plan to stay longer and use your computer.

The staff with the long gray hair is horrendous. Horrible attitude, rushing you, and needs to anger management classes. In addition, when people say light ice it doesn’t mean to dilute the drink. Why can’t you make a very berry hibiscus properly? God please fire him. 0 stars if I could.
On the other hand, Brett, another staff member is truly the epitome of customer service and is amazing at his job. Because of him, I’m giving this place 3 stars.

Most of the staff here is excellent! I come here about 3 – 4 times a week and I’ve always had a great experience. The drinks are always made excellently. During yesterday’s visit I encountered a very RUDE customer! Luda, the girl at the register handled the situation beautifully! She was very professional and she she even apologized to me on behalf of the customer for having to witness that.
The only downside to this location, which is completely off topic and not that big a deal is that there is only one unisex restroom. Other than that this is my favorite Pasadena location!

My favorite starbucks location. I stop here often because of the friendly service and great coffee choices. After coming here a few times, majority of the baristas know me by name and always welcome me with a smile.
My regular order is the clover expresso. Not all starbucks location have the clover machine, so this is an extra plus for me :)

Just came here to redeem my birthday reward! First time coming to this location. Usually go to the one on Colorado across from PCC, but looks like they are going under construction or moving? Convenient parking lot with lots of spaces in the back. Entrance to the lot is on Hill Ave. Nice clean facilities. Had a few people working/​studying inside and outside. They have a nice spacious outdoor seating area. Absolutely no line when I came in! Ordered my drink and had it ready in just under a few minutes! They made my venti green tea latte perfectly. Probably the fastest I’ve ever gotten my drink. Will try swinging by this location more often.

Clover machine, best customer service ever. I love the people that work here so much! They surpass any other starbucks experience that I have had elsewhere!
