I have mixed feelings. I never found any of the girls to be rude or anything, but the return policy sucks. I got a detangler based on one girls suggestions and it didn’t work for me at all and I’m stuck with it now. I just find that annoying and I could shop at other places who are willing to accept returns when a customer is truly dissatisfied. Meh.

Mary was amazing and super helpful! She was very knowledgable about the products & guided me right to what I needed. Her great attitude, helpful demeanour, love for what she does, and beautiful personality made my day. I hope to see her next time I come in. I usually go to the store in Glendale but because of her I may drive all the way out to Pasadena now! Will definitely be back! Lovely experience!

Fully stocked. very clear. The manager is really nice, I think she has red hair. the staff does their hair and make up:) it’s good to see people in the beauty industry fixed up

I don’t know what the bad reviews are for! I’ve never had a bad experience here. Unless they’ve changed staff since the reviews. Anyway… I wish I know her name, but the girl with the pink hair is great! Very helpful and friendly! Even called another store just to ask more about a class I was interested in.

The ladies here are very blah/​rude.
Lack customer service skills
Don’t ask if u have any questions or need help finding anything.
AND when u do ask for help they act/​seem as if u r bothering them.
Mind u there is only like 1 other person there.
I Tried to pay out and the lady was very rude and said she was using the register and it ended there lol.
I then had to ask the other person if they could help me out and she too was very blahhhhhh
Please hire new ppl here.

No where does it say that this place is not opened to public. The salesperson was an a$$ about me not having a beautician license but how the HELL was is supposed to know???
