Paul is the bees knees! I have been moving around around in the LA area so when time came for me to try the valley area, I was a bit hesitant as to where to begin. I contacted a showing and was introduced to Paul and from the time of the initial viewing of the property to the signing of the lease, he has been such an amazing guy. Worked with me trying to move into a new home within a months notice and answered all questions and emails quickly. This is the BEST experience I’ve ever had and highly recommend this group, they know the area and work with you on everything! Thanks Paul for helping me get into a new home!

RPM has set the bar very high for us as renters. We rented a home from RPM 2 years ago, unfortunately the home is being sold but within those two years they were very attentive and answered emails right away. through the whole process of this home being sold they have been very gracious with us and I hate to cut ties with such a wonderful company but I appreciate everything they have done for us thus far. My husband and I have rented a town home from Real Property Management for a year. From the first visit until now, they have been extremely helpful and attentive. Casey responds to emails quickly, and he is understanding when an issue arises. I would definitely recommend RPM to anyone in the San Gabriel Valley looking for a rental. We are actually moving out at the end of our lease (not because of RPM!), and we will always appreciate the care and respect from our working relationship with the RPM team.
