I bought a beautiful handbag Italian made that I receive so many compliments. Also, I received an exceptional service with a warm and sincere smile from the sales person who answered all my questions. While I was perusing these beautiful handbags in the store there were other customers who also were courteously helped.
I will definitely come back to Pelletteria and bring my girlfriends. This is a beautiful store. It’s basically Italy in my new neighborhood!!!

Horrible customer service at this location — I just visited this location. We saw a beautiful blue and cream purse that i liked. Since the girl at the counter didn’t welcome us i decided to say Hi first. There was still no response. I looked at her again and she’s on her cell. She never asked if we Needed help — she never acknowledged us. They missed out on 2 sales because of this girl at the counter.

This fine Italian Leather store smells of sophistication, from the outside display, to the array of goods they carry inside. Very impressive.
They carry a variety of fashion forward purses, shoes and jackets for women. Personally, I loved their New Generation line. It is uniquely chic yet hobo, perfect California attire. They also have a line of scarves and accessories like belts and wallets.
The quality of product is very high end and while the price point may be above most retailers in Old Town, these leather items are investments that will age gracefully.
