I have been working with Marty at Pasadena Floors for many years now. They are always personable, professional and do excellent work. They stand behind their work. There is also something important about them that stands out about them to me. They are the only contractors that comes to your home to do work and do not mess up something else. I think you all know what I am talking about. I highly recommend these guys.

My son thinks Bob, our salesman, is the best. I think he’s pretty great too. I needed the carpet replaced in our new home. Bob came out and was beyond friendly and helpful. When the price came back over my budget, he worked with me to find a product that met my needs and was more in line with my price range. The installers were prompt, patient with my overly curious toddler, professional, and friendly. We love our new carpet. When we are ready to replace the carpeting in the rest of the house, this will be my first call and should be yours too.

Pasadena Floors was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what type of flooring best suited our needs and wants. Their customer service was excellent and prices were competitive with other companies. Installation was completed ahead of schedule. Our floors look great! I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Installers damaged several items in home, had to confront them about this, they did not volunteer to me that they damaged them. Only fixed 1 of 3 items damaged. Shoddy workmenship on grouting, (cracking within days) there fix was not to redo grout, but sand down grout to half it’s thickness. Looks horrible now. Nothing finished on time, always an excuse for delay. 1 day home turned into 3. Carpet now after a year is already begining to buckle. We had carpet, tile floors, and tile backsplash done by them. Only the backsplash looks to have turned out well. Alot of money wasted for a sub-par job. Sent them comments about workmenship done at our home with bill, and never received a response from them. I should have pressed harder to have them make it right, just got so feed up with things being worse after they left each time.
