Papa John’s Pizza

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it was basically just onions. What a waste of money. Really disappointed with the leadership of the managerial establishment at this branch. In all my years I have never encountered an establishment that demonstrated such a lack of respect and deference for my needs. Papa John’s resembles a lemonade stand owned and operated by a 5 year old, except in that circumstance, I would be inclined to offer a donation to the 5 year old, but in this case, Papa John’s deserves nothing, and I would sooner buy a pizza from a member of ISIS than I would cross the threshold of a Papa John’s branch in Pasadena, Maryland. Goodnight and good riddance.

This location CONSTANTLY messes up orders. Make sure you check your pizza when it’s delivered or when you pick it up. I’ve received buffalo chicken pizza with no buffalo sauce; Hawaiian pizza with no pineapple. I’m scared to order a cheese pizza because I don’t want to get an empty pizza box. I thought it was a fluke the first time but over time it’s become almost a guarantee. I once took a pizza back to get a messed up order fixed and they managed to mess up the remake.
At some point you think they would check the pizza to make sure the order is correct before it goes in the oven but I imagine we will see sasquatch riding a unicorn into battle against Vladimir Putin holding the reins to his robot battle bear in one hand and a lightsaber in the other.
Two stars because one star seems mean to the guys there who actually try and they will at least remake your pizza if they mess it up… even if it takes multiple tries…

We recently purchased a couple orders of wings and would not recommend them. The delivery was prompt, but the wings were tiny and cold. The sauce tasted like BBQ sauce that you would put on ribs (not hot sauce for wings) and was just poured over the wings (and not baked into the wings).

Placed my first online order with Papa John’s. It was very convenient and delivery arrived prior to the estimated time. When answering the door the driver handed over the pizza as well as $ 50 he had found laying on my front steps. So thankful for his honesty. Great service and food!

Not bad, It’s what you expect from a large chain store. The online order yielded delivered pizza within the estimated time frame. The pizza was hot and tasted great.
