Oaks Cleaners

I’ve been having my clothes cleaned here for over a year and this place is great. The staff are very friendly and they do a great job. Dry cleaning service is not an easy business to run and they do it right.
I’m not sure why there is a one star review but the reviewer sounds like a very picky person who stains her clothes a lot, lol.

Im happy with their professional alteration service and they charge reasonably. The staff is so nice and offer great customer service.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s amazing to me all the other reviews are one stars. This place is great and their customers loyal. It’s family run and owned by the sweetest couple who take pride in what they do and work harder than I’ve ever seen.
I’ve yet to have something come back with a stain or unclean but in fact the opposite. More than once I’ve brought in old weird stains and they’ve gotten them out. Their turn around time is quick and all
My clothes come back perfect. You CANNOT beat their prices. I have to do weekly dry cleaning and their prices keep me from drowning in the cost. Finally, I’ve also had them do alterations and basic sewing needs. One time the pants came back a little short but they immediately fixed them for me upon comment. I’ve trusted them with designer and not alike and everything always comes back Spick and span!

It’s really a shame because 1) there’s not more than one review about this place and 2) the only review is one star. I usually go to the dry cleaners on Fair Oaks near South Pasadena. However, one day I was in the area of this place so I decided to drop off some of my clothes here. Upon picking up, I realized how cheap the dry cleaning was. $ 7.50 for a super nice silk dress that had a BBQ sauce stain on it? Amazing! Not to mention, they did a phenomenal job cleaning the stain.
Just yesterday I pulled out a dress that I wanted to wear the next day, and I realized there were marks all over it. Seemed as if there was a grape juice and some foot prints (as if someone stepped on it). I was panicking considering it was already 5:30 PM and I needed the dress in less than 24 Hours. So around 6 PM I rushed over to Oaks and walked in and told them I needed this dress ASAP for the next day. Without hesitation, they said «no problem.» Just picked up my dress, and they had managed to pull out another dress that they had cleaned a while back that I had totally forgotten about. What a bonus finding something that you thought you lost forever. Not to mention, not a single stain on my dress, and it looks newer than when I had originally bought it. The ladies that work there are extremely nice, and their service is awesome. So awesome I decided to tip them, and wholeheartedly they said the most genuine thank you I’ve heard in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming here to get all my things dry cleaned!
