WORST ALTERATIONS EVER! I strongly suggest you don’t bring your clothes here. The lady ruined my dress twice! There went $ 200 plus $ 25 for the alterations. I dry cleaned my pant with no crease and they did the complete opposite! If I can give them negative stars I would!

I’ve been coming to this cleaners for give or take 10 years, the customer service is amazing, I’m always treated with respect. My clothing is always well cleaned and when I have a problem with something the owner addresses it and finds a solution. If you’re ever in need of a good cleaners you should give New Era Cleaners a visit. I highly recommend this place.

My husband has been coming here for years, they have reasonable prices. I’ve been getting things dryer clean for a year now but I’m finally writing a review because they did an awesome job hemming my bridesmaid dress for great price it was ready in a few days. They also gave a changing room unlike several places that I’ve been to.

Sent in a suit and a jacket for my wife. My wife’s jacket came back with white marks on the lapel (which weren’t present when I brought them in) and my suit pants still had a stain PLUS an additional stain. Looks like we’ll be looking for another dry cleaner…

If you have nice clothes made from wool and silk do not take it here. Their cleaners took the shine off my clothes and made a nice shirt to a raggedy one. I might as well have thrown it in the washer.
They did do a great job of clean and press for my work shirts, but they did not process it well and it has this awful rancid smell to it.
I would not go back again.

I find their cleaning services to be satisfactory — I have been using them for about a year — but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Three times I have been in to pick up my clothes before work and have been left standing at the counter, while the woman responsible for working the front has acknowledged my presence, but continued to do something with clothes, paper, etc. in the back that she felt was more important. If a person is standing at the counter at 8:00 am on a weekday morning, odds are they have somewhere to be. This business needs to bear in mind that if they aren’t attentive to their customers, there won’t be very much stuff to fiddle around in the back with.

The worst cleaner they lost my sisters purse. a juicy couture bag a $ 350 dollar value. the manager never confronted us to explaine wht happen 2 the bag n all the employees never had a clue were was there manager when we asked for him always trying to avoid us. will never go there again .n does not pay anywere close to wht ur item is worth. stay away from there.

Nothing has ever gotten messed up at this cleaners and the owners are good people. I also get all my alterations from this cleaners and it has turned out right every single time. What I love the most is that they have their services on the premise so they can make sure that my shirts get pressed and cleaned within the time period that I want. Their hours are also a lot longer than most cleaners and it’s nice that they are so willing to clean everything from hats to my wedding dress to my husband’s ties. Definitely recommend this cleaners to my friends!
And parking is always very easy. They have a lot of locations so you can always go to which ever one you’re closest to.

Great price on laundered men’s dress shirts. $ 1.45 per shirt!
I couldn’t find anywhere else for that price. The place is huge. They do all the work on site without outsourcing. No complaints yet. They tag the shirts by putting a paper label through the button hole instead of putting a masking tape directly on the shirt tail and leaving a mark like some lame dry cleaner did to my shirt.
Save a few bucks by bringing dry cleaning coupon from their website.
