I got married on July 4th and decided to have a little touch up on my lips I had done in 2013. The new location was super easy to get to, Waze knew exactly how to go down the alley and park in back. Tanya did my lips this time. We tried a little highlighting this time and it looks great. I get the biggest kick out of going in for a facial and them trying to wipe the lipstick off my lips… when they find out I’m not wearing any they are amazed and always ask about it. The touch-up process goes pretty quickly. As the lips are pretty sensitive, even numbed sometimes you feel a pinch, but it is totally worth it. I’ve had a few people ask me if I can still wear lipstick and the answer is a resounding«Yes». If I want to wear a dramatic red, I just put it on and when it wears off in a couple of minutes as lipstick always does, my lips still look fabulous! Since my 1st review is at another location, I had my lips done originally to replace the lost pigment around the corners of my mouth and to cover up a scar on my upper lip. The results were beyond anything I imagined and so natural at the same time. My husband recently had his eyebrows done. I never in a million years would have believed he would do it and he did it all on his own. Anyway, he too needed to fill in some scar areas and replace what he’d lost over the years. It looks great, too. pics from original session

Yay! I needed a touch-up session and found their new office to be just as slick, cool, and professional as the one I went to last year(in Beverly Hills). Since it was only a touch-up, I was in and out the door in exactly 30 minutes. This is so easy! Convenient, simple, and Tanya is the best — she really knows how to distract you from the prickly needle! Highly recommend for those of you on the fence about what to do with your eyebrows. Seriously makes your life so much easier. TIP: After you park, make sure you enter on the first floor and check in there. They’ll sign you in then direct you to the waiting area on the 2nd floor.

I just got my eyebrows done this week at the MicroArt Studio and it was a huge commitment for me! I’ve been researching options for my brows because I lost mine when I was ten years old. I am twenty now and have been putting my own eyebrows on with makeup. I haven’t been able to do normal things such as swim or go in the rain, etc! I found MicroArt on Google and checked it out. It’s kind of expensive but it’s totally worth it if you’re in a similar situation! One thing that was difficult was getting in contact with the studio and having a phone consultation. It made me skeptical at first. I flew from Rochester, NY to LA just to get my eyebrows done! The studio is in a big building and its upstairs so don’t get confused. There is a back parking lot to the building as well. I had to wait a little in the waiting room but it wasn’t more than about twenty minutes. I was greeted by Tanya York who is the founder of MicroArt. Tanya does amazing work! She transformed my brows to exactly what I wanted. She measured my face and the process is pretty easy! It feels like a tattoo, it is kind of painful… But totally tolerable. After my first session I felt so weird because I was so used to my old eyebrows. After the second session, my brows were completely sculpted the way I could only have dreamt about! They are the dark shade I want, they had beautiful definition and now that I’ve been here, I will not go anywhere else. I will probably be booking a touch up within the next year just because I’m so obsessed with how good my eyebrows look and they give you a discount which is cool too! Thanks Tanya, you are a miracle worker!!!

After buying hundreds of different gifts for my mom throughout the years, you start to run out of ideas. Every time I look for something more unique and memorable. This time I outdid myself with MicroArt. This is a gift that will last for a while and every she looks at the mirror she always thinks about me and not my other siblings(lol). Lasting value is what I want. Not another pair of jewelry that will make it out occasionally, this is like a wearable jewelry that stays with her. This makes her look and feel beautiful 24⁄7. My mom is so in love with her MicroArt that I’m thinking about buying a series of sessions so I no longer have to think«what am I going to get my mom this year.»
