Just went in to ask a few questions about my phone and service and the lady in there was nice and helpful! I know this has nothing to do with the store but something must be done with the parking lot. So small and it took forever and a day to get out of the damn lot.

I hate contracts, and I hate being tied down, but boy oh boy do I love me some 4G. I’ve walked into Metro stores near my area before and I walk in with awkward stares and weird enviornment, but when I walk into here it’s like night and day, a greeting when I enter, attentive staff and overall a five-star customer experience. When I bought my phone there, the staff immediatley offered put my screen protecter on for me. A Godsend, I suck at that. 5 stars for great customer service, and deals. I am willing to drive to Pasadena just for this store.

This is my favorite Metro PCS store. I got great service from the cheerful, knowledgeable staff here. I purchased I my new phone here and they even offered to installed my screen saver! I hate doing that myself because I always end up with a ton of trapped bubbles. Thanks!

The service i got at the store was OK they where nice and help full to a certain point, i wanted to keep my old number from my previous provider, they told me i had to call them and ask for the information but once i had the information it was back on easy street. The quality of the phone service was spotty in most areas, i looked at the coverage map they had and i was in the good zone until i took it home for the first time, not so great. I noticed that i had trouble sending text messages even with a few bars(i only get 3 bars at my house) i tried take my phone to my friends house in altadena never works there. i had this company for over a year now i tried to stick with them but i could not take it anymore. i give the store an OK verdict but the quality of the phone service is terrible(like 1 to 1 ½ stars).

I don’t have a boyfriend and I don’t want one. Why? I hate contracts. See? No hearts are breaking:-) *This review is one of the store as well as the services rendered. I have discovered a no-pressure cellular service and accessories store to share with you dear readers. This is NOT the elbow-grabbing, high-pressure sales found at the kiosk in the mall at all friends. To even begin to tell you how I came to discover Boost Mobile’s services and this authorized Boost Mobile store, I’ll have to tell you the why I dislike contracts. Scratch that. I LOATHE contracts. Forgive the following rant. By the time I was 19 years old, I had signed numerous contracts. Balley’s gym. BIG mistake. Marriage contract BIGGER mistake. Plus, a publishing contract, a recording contract, management, agent and lawyer’s commission contracts, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. My first and last name burned out on the dotted line with Mario Andretti-speed. Completely careless, I learned the hard way what«in perpetuity throughout the universe» meant. I’ve been sued over contracts and filed suits over contracts. You want ten percent of the first ten albums? No way. See you in court. –Contracts. I learned my lessons with contracts. Paid with my credit, my heart and my cash for signing contracts. I took classes at UCLA to learn how to read? Contracts. Now? I buy stock in my future. Avoid commissions with my life blood. Shudder at the thought of a serious ring-offering boyfriend. I buy everything in cash, and pay it all off fast. Why? To avoid ANY and ALL future contracts. I found this store to save myself from signing another contract. My former service provider, AT&T, let me down BIG. After eight years of loyalty at&t, you want me to sign a bloody contract! No effing way! Not for you, not for anyone. No more contracts. Following a series of class action law suit-worthy schemes, at&t changed names from at&t to cingular wireless and back. Cards from blue to orange to blue. Services, service, et al in the past eight years during my loyal on-time received payments. Why? When your phone stops working or drops calls etc., at&t will fix the problems. *As long as you sign a contract. After 8 years, the only way to activate a new phone and replace my stolen phone, would require signing a two-year contract. AT&T, you are forever an ex lover to me now! I shopped for the one who just be there for now. Take me as I am with no strings attached. Wanna make out boost mobile? I love your style. I combed the Internet to find the best deal for the services I wanted. The closest attention paid to the most important factor for me: cellular services WITHOUT a bloody contract. Google maps located the Boost Mobile store nearest me and I started walking. This happening cellular service super store is located on the southwest corner of Orange Grove and Los Robles, directly across the street from some of my favorite reviews, Mi Ranchito Mexican restaurant and King Ranch Market. Hungry after phone shopping? You are in luck! You can shop for a variety of plans with no pressure by having a seat and perusing the literature available. Since this store offers more than one service provider, the bias is limited. I felt no pressure to sign up or buy products and accessories so what did I do? I bought products and accessories. The sales girl took the time to consider my history and future when leaning toward a plan without a contract, with no pressure to accept her advice. Rather than recommend the most expensive phone for my needs, she pointed out the lowest-priced options. Service? Five motha freaking stars! The variety of cell phones and accessories are limited. I parlayed a Radio Shack trip into the equation for a case and blue tooth device. I could not be happier with my new boost mobile service! My reception is improved! My monthly bill is half the price! Improved services and options. I will be rewarded for the months I spend paying my bills on time! It was meant to be! –It always is. Had Boost been in my life for the past eight years? Savings? Over ten thousand dollars friends. –It adds up. A two year contract @ $ 150. a month. It stops working in your area. Losses? $ 3600. I still don’t have or want a boyfriend. I’ve been working my whole life on a this dream of mine. A prenup will not save you unless your ship has long since sailed in friends. If you are the man of my dreams? Please wait a couple of years before we meet. When I am a self made millionaire, I want to call it my own with utterly selfish, self indulgent satisfaction. Boost Mobile, understands this about me. My big dreams are welcomed. My future is a clean page. I love you Boost Mobile. Let’s make out forever:-) pics will be up soon guys
