I needed a cleaners ASAP to clean my Kings jersey before this past Saturday’s game. They had it ready on time and made it look like new. And it was super dirty. I’ve owned it for almost a year and never washed it. I know, gross! I chose this jersey because they send coupons to my place. I was going to use a coupon that would’ve made my item $ 3.50 for service. Due to my item being larger than a normal piece of clothing and because it’s a specialized item, I couldn’t use the coupon. All this considered, they only charged me $ 4.50. Although I passed several cleaners on the way to this one, I’m glad I went here. Not sure how it’s eco friendly compared to other cleaners but they advertise that they are, so I feel like I did my good deed for the day by going here, totally joking. Lastly they’re super friendly here.

Stay AWAY all potential customers!!! The owner HATES customers!!! I returned to Mark Allen Cleaners after they’d made things right by refunding me the cost of the brand new dungarees they hemmed 3 inches too short. It took months but they did buy the receipt. Unfortunately now they’ve lost a 1940’s vintage men’s dinner jacket. The really shitty part: the owner won’t return calls. As in, I call 4 times a day and he is hiding from me. If you are reading this, George, why are you afraid to call me? It seems the most natural thing in the world, doesn’t it, for an owner of a dry cleaner to reach out to a regular(at least 8 items a week every week!) customer when you lose their formal and fancy clothes. I am not only furious that you lost my jacket, but horrified that you won’t get on the phone with me. Stay AWAY all potential customers!!! The owner HATES customers!!! I thought we’d found the dry cleaner we were looking for in the area. Good prices. Nice folks. Down to earth and on top of replacing buttons. Unfortunately we will be looking further. I took three brand new pairs of jeans in to be hemmed. They came back hemmed. But three or so inches above the ankle. Basically unwearable. I have been in twice and each time I’m told they will all me to discuss. But no call so far. And they see not to have a working phone number. And I can’t keep going by in hopes of getting some help. What a waste of money on these three brand new jeans. And a bummer not to be able to use their services again. Bye bye.

I dropped off a pleather jacket last Wednesday; I was told that it could NOT be dry cleaned(which I already knew, as this was indicated on the label). I was told that they could wash the jacket and hang it dry so as not to cause damage. Fine with me. Monday night I got a call indicating that they sent their LEATHER goods OUT, and my garment would not be ready by the Wednesday a week after drop-off(which means they had done nothing with the piece for 5 days). I explained that it was NOT leather, that it was to be washed — she said she would check with the owner and call me at 8:30 Tuesday morning. No call at all, all day Tuesday. I went in to the location late in the afternoon and there was no boss or supervisor present. I thought this was a reputable dry cleaners, but apparently I was misinformed. So – after they had the garment a week, nothing was done, no suggestions were made, not even an apology was offered. I am now in search of a reputable dry cleaning establishment. I cannot believe that the only Unilocal reviews listed here are positive ones.

Mark Allen Dry Cleaners is a classic family run business where great service is still a priority! Took in a bridesmaid dress that need alterations the day before the wedding, not only did they have someone who could fix it on the spot but they made sure it was pressed and steamed and ready for pick up first thing in the morning. George, the owner, is awesome! I highly recommend Mark Allen!

Having recently moved to the area, I had been searching for a new dry cleaners for months. I found most of the dry cleaners over-priced, and low quality of service, so when I found Mark Allen, it was a pleasant surprise. They are a little pricey as well, but you can print coupons and get great discounts!

I feel at home with this place. It’s a family business and the service is great. The owner George is extremely friendly and always greets me and my family with a smile. I’ve been to other dry cleaners and they always lost my things. Haven’t once had that issue here. They even offered to drop off my clothes to my house when I was running late to pick up my dry cleaning.
