I used Kate this year as my real estate agent twice — as both a buyer and a seller. We listed our house in Pasadena, CA on a Wednesday and by Friday night she was already hosting a bidding war. The process had some snags and turned out to be a bit difficult, and she held our hand and went to bat for us as each issue arose.
We then used her for our search as buyers, and she agreed, even though we were looking about 40 miles away (in the South Bay) from where her office is located. She devoted countless hours to touring houses with us, and helped us just as well through the entire buying process. Again, there were complications (mold infestation, etc.) and she handled everything like a pro.
She is incredibly dedicated and responsive, and a great person to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again.
