Huntington Hospital Health Sciences Library

This is a quaint library on the first floor of the Wingate Bldg. There are computer terminals available in the front and the back (to the left) as well as study tables and an alcove with more comfortable chairs. It’s usually fairly quiet with few users. Plugs are available near the alcove. Certain journals are available for review, as are books for leisure reading (located in the alcove). There is also after hours badge access which is nice. As an employee I have solicited help from the librarians with getting ahold of journal articles and they’re usually quick about it — but it may take several business days so I suggest planning ahead. Three stars only because I’ve utilized other hospital libraries and feel that for the size of the hospital it could be upgraded a bit. Although, I’m not sure if the utilization is enough to justify the upgrade.
