Huntington Escrow and Judy Pastor were recommended to us by our real estate agent when we sold our house in May. We had a very good experience with this company. They were reliable, knowledgeable and VERY well priced. Judy was amazing! Very personable and a pleasure to work with. When the title company was holding thins up and it looked like our closing was going to be delayed, Judy called them up and got them to move so that we closed on time. Thanks Judy!

I was a buyer and worked with Judy/​Wendy that the seller chose. They are professional; are accurate in terms of $ numbers and time-​keeping. Communication with them is excellent. One room to improve: they only offer a travelling notary ($$) but no way for a cheaper option such as the buyer coming to their office ($).

WOW!!! INCREDIBLE service and Attention to details is a really big asset to this company. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and have to say that if you are looking for an easy experience from the time you say YES to an offer, this is the place to call.
Wendy Pyle was my contact as she is my escrow officers junior assistant. She was amazing and I will tell you why: she got many calls from me due to my TYPE A personality and she handled it nicely with a very happy go lucky, but professional manner. She never made me feel like I was a bother to her at all.
I would definitely go back to Huntington Escrow if we choose to move back to LA in the next few years.
Can’t say enough except that I value the general publics reviews on businesses which is why I have to jump and scream and laugh out loud to promote the really good ones!
