Chespy is both an incredible artist and a sweet guy! The tattoo is not merely ink on the skin, but an artful experience, the passion in Chespy’s work is evident in both of the pieces he has done on me. Both times I’ve dropped by and he has accommodated me quickly leaving me with beautiful pieces and painless healing aftermath! I have sent several friends his way and all are absolutely blown away with his talent, quick hand, and cool vibe as he works!

If you are looking for a talented, down to earth, experienced artist look no further! Walked in today after leaving a voicemail letting them know I would be swinging by to get a quote for a tattoo for my birthday and was immediately greeted with a «happy birthday» from Chespy! What a nice greeting! He took the time to help me choose a style, font size, and placement. I am so happy with how it came out! I will post photos later. It was very fast– I can tell he’s not a digger– his machine sounded well taken care of as well. I’ve been getting tattooed for over 11 years and this by far has been the best experience yet! I look forward to getting future work by Chespy– and having my husbands sleeve done by him as well! Clean, professional, and all around good vibes.

The prices are the best I’ve found in LA. The shop itself is really clean and great décor, it’s a cool looking shop.

Chespy did a great job on my flor cubana tattoo. he was kind and courteous and very knowledgable. he helped calm my nerves and made me feel at ease before beginning my tattoo. the artwork is sick and he did a really good job with the detail. price point is average for the area but there was no wait time! the space is clean and new and all the artists are friendly and talented. i will definitely be coming back to this shop to see Chespy because he is a super talented tattoo artist! thanks Chespy!

My son found this place and got a tattoo last week which we loved and is healing superbly. So this week my daughter and I got tattooed @ Holy Moose and it was a lovely experience. So laid back but very professional. Clean and comfy and charming conversation to distract from the pain. It was my first but I’m hooked and so happy with my art piece.

Martin Del Camino did work on my arm here. Being my first tattoo I chose a particularly soft spot so I wasn’t sure how much pain I was in for. Besides the amazing and very straight text he put in the inside of my bicep, he was super cool over the whole process. Most tattoo artists have a very pretentious, «cooler than you» attitude that can ruin your whole experience. Martin was very patient and helpful walking me through the procedure. From the start of things when selecting the font, whether or not to do modifications, to how the layout should line up with coinciding text and my arm, right down to the discomfort level I should experience and not to feel bad if I needed a break during the abrasion, he was easy going the whole way. As for his skills? Well all I can say is I get tons of compliments on the cleanliness and straightness of the lines. I am very happy with this which is important considering the longevity of the work.
Bottom line, I recommend Martin for any first timers.

Loved my experience here. My husband and I had unexpectedly and traumatizing lost or fur baby and were looking to commemorate his life and love with us forever in the form of ink. We reached out to Holy Moose and were accommodated immediately with an appointment with Martin for our work.
Martin was awesome. Experienced, knowledgable, friendly and also just a regular stand up awesome dude! He walked us through the whole process so we could ask questions and know what to expect.
He was so patient and respectful to our situation and made our ideas for our pieces come to real life in a better and more beautiful way than we had imagined.

Chespy was amazing! His sense of humor alone made the experience awesome. The shop is easy to find, and has a comfortable vibe. He made me feel so comfortable. The tattooing process was quicker than I expected and the result was outstanding. I’m so glad my friend recommended Chespy!

This place is on point! My husband and I first met Chespy four years ago when he tatted my back and my husband’s side at a shop in Alhambra. I low key stalked him, following him to his new shop because I was very please with his work. Him and Foggie are very personable and chill. Chespy is also very quick, yet detailed. Needless to say I will be getting all of my work done by him.

I’ve gotten a few tattoos at Holy Moose and I absolutely love them! Chespy is professional, experienced and a very talented artist. He took my ideas and made them much more unique and beautiful. I recommend this shop to anyone looking at getting great tattoos.

The artists are very talented and really great guys. They make you feel very comfortable. All of my experiences were excellent and my tattoos look amazing. Definitely high quality work. Shop atmosphere is really chill, Chespy and all the guys are really cool and friendly, Chespy is working on my cover up, his work is dope and meets all my expectations… I am definitely going to get the rest of my back done by him and recommend the shop for all your tattoo needs!!!

Got my tattoos done by CHESPY my tattoos came out just how imagined it if not better. I got a dead mermaid on the back of my arm, along with a bunch of other day of the dead ones. This guy is awesome down to earth and easy to communicate on telling him what you want and how you picture it recommending him for anyone who wants exactly what they envision I am now working on my whole sleeve with him almost done!

they do alot of traditional pieces with good quality &&fair pricing (which is always a plus) i was lucky enough to randomly find this spot (a coworker recomended me one of the artist who work there) because i want to continue to get more work done i dont like going to different artist i just wanted one artist i can trust! &&this was the place !

This spot is easy to get to and right on Colorado blvd.
The front door is a little tricky so be careful trying to open. Made me look like a fool and got water in my eye from the a/​c.
