I started going to see Amy when at the end of my rope while trying to manage a chronic pain situation in my abdominal cavity. Her use of structural integration allowed me to begin enjoying life again. She is definitely one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to, even if it hurts a little, it is the kind of pain you know is going to allow you to feel better, just later..

Amy is such a warm and caring individual, and on top of that applies her deep knowledge of skeletal and muscle structure to make you feel refreshed and well. Her sessions are wonderfully relaxing, i highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic massage. i personally had deep tissue massages done, and loved it !

Amy is awesome! I have been here 3 or 4 times so far and this is the only place I will go to get a massage out here in L.A. Absolutely the best deal for such an amazing massage.
First of all, only $ 45 for an hour Swedish massage! That price alone is spectacular. Her massage room is absolutely beautiful, with rich chocolate brown walls and luxurious fabrics, and you immediately feel calmer, almost as if my body knows how stress free I am about to become. The sheets on this massage table are to die for; so soft. I am determined to buy some for myself. Once you are on the table, which is nicely warmed, Amy gives your some essential oils to choose from for some aromatherapy. I can’t help but pick Lavender every time because it just puts me in that blissful place. She has a great selection of music for you to customize your own experience, from Jazz and Classical to your typical calming massage music. From there the massage just takes over, and it is one of the best massages I have ever had. I walk out of there, complimentary water bottle in hand, extremely peaceful and feeling like jello, having had all the stress melt out of my shoulders. I also suffer from TMJ, and she always incorporates a gentle jaw massage and hot towels to help relax the tight muscles around my jawline.
I would recommend Fit For Life Massage Studio to everyone. You can’t beat the price, and you will walk out of there a new calm, stress-​free person. Amazing massage, and I can’t wait to book my next appointment!
