It depends on who you get. I got a pedicure done (clean), but she did not clean or put my polish on right. I had bubbles, polish on skin, and it did not last. She did not care or take pride in her work. At the same time, I had another lady changing my polish on my hand nails. Shellac. She looked stressed out and wanted to hurry up with me. I was disappointed in the service that I received that day. I would come back, but I would ask for someone else to help me.

I love going here! I have been going to Tommy for over 15 years. Before they were Fairmont Nails. My husband and best friend now go there too! Best nails I have ever had. I get so many compliments and people asking me if my nails are real. That is the best compliment of all! Kelly and Susan in the pedicure area are the absolute best! You have to try this place.

I’ve been going to Yen and Tommy for over 15 years, and they are the best!!! The people are nice and always do a great job, whether it be a full set, manicure, pedicure, or waxing.
Walk-​ins are always welcome, but if you go on a Saturday, you might want an appointment, or you’ll be waiting for a good hour.
