Electrolysis by Janet Setsuda

I have been going to Janet for over a decade. She is very precise in her technique and is extremely professional. She is punctual in her appointment times. Janet by nature is very caring and thoughtful. I highly recommend Janet for electrolysis services. You won’t be disappointed from the beginning until the end of your service.

Janet is so sweet and patient! I went to her once and she was reasonably price and just great. I plan on going back to her in May.

Janet has been doing electrolysis for years and is very knowledgeable. She can help answer any questions or concerns you may have. Her caring nature helps to create a very comfortable atmosphere.
The street parking on Colorado is free for 1 hour so if you have a short appointment, you can park right in front of the building and be in and out. When you get to the 5^th floor, her office is on the right side. Keep an eye out for her door or you might walk right passed it.
Side note: She also does permanent makeup.

I started going to Janet Setsuda in 2006. I was very nervous about electrolysis hurting, so I started with an insensitive area before letting Janet move on to really sensitive areas like eyebrows and upper lip. Janet quickly made me comfortable and brave. And the results were great, so now I only have to come in occasionally. One thing to note: due to her hearing loss, Janet uses a captioning phone system, so speak slowly and clearly when you call. The captions sometimes lag a bit.

She is gentle, careful, patient, and has an artistic eye and rock-​like personal integrity. I have a pretty good brow shape naturally, but they look better than ever right now, and the results are becoming permanent.
With so many beauty demands, I could not stand to pluck my eyebrows another day. They swell. My eyes water. I have to do it again that same week. I could no longer take it.
Electrolysis is not fun. It is time consuming and can be painful if you’re a wuss like me. BUT the results are permanent after you have gone through all the hair cycles.
Once a month, I go to Janet’s office, park for free on Colorado, lay on a table, she numbs me up and shapes up some lovely brows, and I’m out of there in 15 minutes.

if she sees a big ugly hair on your face anywhere, she’s not shy about going after it! ouch!

Janet is deaf! Don’t let that intimidate you. She is a well practiced lip reader, speaker and great communicator. The phone, however, is not her favorite mode of communication. If you text, text her for your first appointment!
