Been one of their fist customers since they opened. It is hands down my favorite nail salon. It is always clean and the girls sanitize their equipment. I always make an appointment ahead of time with Mimi, since they are busy. It works great for us both. I love this place and the girls working there.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I live in north hollywood and whenever i get the chance i make the drive all the way out to pasadena to go to crystal nails.
No one takes better care of me then mimi and the rest of the crystal nail ladies.
I have been going to them for about 3 years now, and haven’t had a bad experience.
I have also yet to find as good of a place near me too.
prices are reasonable and I 100% trust them with my cuticles hands and toes.

OMG I have found my favorite nail place. Hallelujah!
Okay, so let’s highlight the pros:
1. cost: the cheapest I have ever spent on a gel mani + pedi. Usually around $ 35.
2. selection: everything from OPI to regular gel. Oh and they are really good at having a non-gel equivalent for pedis.
3. efficiency: never a wait, nothing fancy, you’re in and your’re out… just the way I like it
4. staff: super friendly and helpful in making sure you like your color
Disclaimer: The gel that they use and the way they apply WILL peel after 2 – 3 weeks. I personally favor this method because it doesn’t end up damaging my nails when I take them off but others might not like this.

Came here originally wanting to try out the hard gel extension. One of the ladies, never got her name, talked me out of it and I ended up regular acrylics instead. I wanted the coffin shape and they are not even close to it… Pretty disappointed.
Full set + gel = $ 35
4 stars because the last was very straight forward and nice. She was able to answer all my questions.
