Casa Palmas

These are by far some the worst apartments you could possibly rent in pasadena. Their cheap for a reason. Their is mold in restroom painted over. The roof in restroom you can push up and is super soft and wet. Ac leaks they will not come fix it. The ac system takes for ever to cool and bearly blows any air at all its all clogged up inside the condensor not the filter they will not fix it. theirs a foul odor in every apartment that is imposible to cover up. They do not leave new carpet they just shampoo it over and over again.
The worst part of these apartments by far is the type of people that live in that dump. you will never hace a steady 5minutes of peace you will have screaming kids running around all day and if your down stairs kids are upstars constantly jumping and banging around and complaints dont do anything. Then you have a bunch of people on a day to day basis sitting outside in their cars with loud music playing and them drinking beers even when you come home from lunch break so you know these low lifes do not work. They have loud bass in their cars and dont care about you.
Its ridiculous move to clear lake not this area. i think i saod enough.
