This is one of my favorite spots to cool down. Even though the parking is slanted and horrible, I still like to come here. If you’re a creature of habit like me and don’t like change, you’re in the right place. The flavors rarely change and that’s a good thing for me. The digital screens showing the different flavors is pretty cool. I think visually it’s appealing to the eye and makes one want to try more flavors. Hey, whatever they have to do to keep them coming. What I also like about this spot is that it opens late while the others are closed. I have tried all their flavors with the sample cups provided. Still, I always go back to my usual. Peanut butter, chocolate and of course mango. The customer service is a hit or miss. You might get the guy who likes to sit on the counter or the eager beaver who always has a smile.

My family has been eating at Buzios Frozen Yogurt for few months and we were always comfortable with their services. However, we did notice that their prize tents to be higher than Yogurt Land. On May 28, 2016, we visited Buzio again and purchased two cups which costed more than $ 10. We asked to try different samples of yogurt with small cups, a service lady complained that our trial portion was too big. That service lady made us very uncomfortable.

Nice, convenient place to chill, you just go in and fill your cup with whatever flavors and toppings you want, then weigh and pay. Their poppers toppings are good, and I like that for every two flavors, they have a flavor that’s a mixture of the two. The staff are cool, and the whole place just has this happy, relaxed, cheerful vibe.

This place is terrible ! There is no bathroom and the employees are VERYVERYRUDE. I was at the cashier counter and trying to pay for the yogurt. My 4 years old daughter told me that she needs to go to restroom. The cashier roll her eye and told me «NO». So, I handed her a $ 20 bill to pay. She then proceeded to take a few minutes to get me the change. Something to do with her register. Her daughter couldn’t hold it anymore and she had few drop on the floor. What she say next is why I will NEVER go there and the reason I wrote this review. She CALLED my daughter«A DOG» because a 4 year old kid can’t hold as well as adult. ALL Yogurt place are pretty much the same. NOREASON to go to this place since the service is terrible.

I went to buzio’s frozen yogurt café after volunteering today. I noticed that the people were sitting outdoors for a change. Usually when I go here, I find few people inside the place. That’s probably because of the weather change – it’s getting hotter. It was packed inside. The flavors had remained the same since I started going here about 2 months ago. Flavors for now include dutch chocolate, cake batter, maui mango, rasberry tart, simply tart. and vanilla crème. I got the simply tart frozen yogurt today and it was very good. I like the taste of sour. I topped it with mini strawberries and mini tangerines. The young lady who works there does her job well.

Love this place. The selection are endless. Yogurts change constantly so you’re not stuck with the same flavor all the time. Super friendly service and super clean. alway check in to get 10% off.

All yogurt places are pretty much the same, so when I rate yogurt places, it comes down to the texture of the yogurt and what toppings they have. Buzios does have a lot of toppings, but they didn’t have white chocolate chips :(they have yogurt chips, but I was hoping they would have white chocolate too. I didn’t like how their cheesecake was super mushy and not perfectly in their cubed shape. Their plain tart tastes good, but I didn’t like the texture of The yogurt. It was super watery when it came out, and pretty much by the time I finished looking at the toppings, it was almost close to being melted. That’s why I like hard and firm yogurt when it comes out of the machine.

If Yogurtland isn’t open, this place will do in a pinch. But, you know, Yogurtland.

The only yogurt place to go. Wide selection of toppings and not so crowded area. I love the cheesecake bites and brownie with mochi on a chocolate yogurt ice cream! That’s all you need!

This place has awesome vibes plus the best quality yogurt & coffee! It’s such a great environment to come hang out with friends or family. I highly recommend everyone comes and checks this place out you have to experience it for yourself, there’s so many varieties of toppings and yogurt flavors! They even have an outside patio and free wifi for customers. It’s just such a positive atmosphere with friendly/helpful workers. I guarantee you will leave satisfied.(ps: best coffee ever! It’s Italian coffee/espresso called illy, best quality brand)

My boyfriend and I love going to Buzios for dessert after dinner! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They offered to sign me up for their rewards program and since we go fairly often, I agreed. All you have to do is to give your phone # and it’ll send you texts to keep you updated of your status. The time we went after we signed up, I received a free 8oz yogurt… which was a great surprise to me! I do wish they would change out their flavors more often like Yogurtland does, but their prices are comparable and they have a wide selection of toppings. I also enjoy the outdoor seating that they have out front!

Competitive prices, awesome loyalty program, clean, spacious, great topping variety… So why three stars? It would have ranked at least four, were it not for the following exchange: Me: This is my first time here. I’m really digging it. I usually go to(a nearby frozen yogurt store), but this place seems to have a better topping selection. Employee: That(other froyo) place is dirty. Me: Oooh. Bad-mouthing the competition?! Employee(doubling down): It’s just so gross. I’m scared of eating there. Whoa. First of all, I just told you that I usually go there, so are you implying that I have bad taste or like dirty places? Secondly, don’t EVER go out of your way to bad-mouth another store, especially when I just compared you favorably to the place. The appropriate reply would be: «Thank you! I’m glad you like our selection of toppings.» Instead, you snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Came in at 9pm on a Monday to find the place completely deserted. The two employees present didn’t even acknowledge my presence, and went on twiddling on their phones. When I walked up to them to ask for sample cups they mutely handed me the cups. Combined with the interior decoration, which somehow just seemed like stark shades of olive green — the place just seemed very saddening to be in. This is in stark contrast to most other yogurt places, which have bright colors, happy and energetic staff, and most importantly of all, good and fresh frozen yogurt. Buzios had the usual setup these days when it comes to frozen yogurt — a pile of cups followed by a line of frozen yogurt stations and finally a self-serve topping bar. The yogurt flavors all seemed plain: vanilla, coffee, chocolate, mango, strawberry banana, cake batter, and pineapple. While these are all solid flavors in their own right, these days frozen yogurt places are filled with such a diverse range of flavors such as red velvet cake, dragonfruit, apple pie, cotton candy, and so forth — that I feel there’s simply no «wow» factor present at Buzio’s. Lastly, the fruits in the topping station were just sad, most likely left out since the morning and untended to. For $ 0.45 cents/ounce I’d happily take my money to yogurtland or pinkberry. Bonus: 10% off with Unilocal or facebook check-in

Yogurt here is perfectly ok if a late night craving comes on and it’s the nearest froyo place u can hit up before everything shuts down but it certainly wouldn’t make the cut in my top ten froyo places. There were maybe 12 flavors. None of which looked especially innovative or interesting so we sampled a few just to familiarize ourselves w what they had to offer: Plain tart is ok, coffee ok but strawberry, blood orange(if you grew up in the 80’s, think Tang flavored froyo… Why did any adult ever give that to us?!) apricot tart were pretty ick. Lots of toppings but seems pretty comparable, if not less, to those at YL or CoT so that’s not exactly a differentiator, especially when half of the fruit options looked like they’d been sitting out all day… I’ll pass in the brown bananas, thanks.
