I have been coming to this Brow Bar for about three years. Michelle is great! I am a person that does not plan ahead and I have to say every time I have needed her Michelle has been there for me. She is very professional and knowledgeable.

Michelle is great! My daughter and I go to her for the last 6 months.
My daughter has very coarse hair and she needs to get her eyebrows waxed every 6 weeks minimum. the first professional experience we had where they did not hurt her.
The store is very clean and Michelle is very professional.
I highly recommend her and wait for her to schedule our appointments.

First you can’t try any samples here. The store is ok but the people who work here are very mean and rude. I had a facial here but it completely irritated my skin. Very bad experience. Worst store I have ever been.

I have been to Benefits Brow Bar for about a year now mostly at Macys. Then i made an appointment to Ulta in Pasadena. Met my supposedly brow expert a hispanic tattooed lady named Ashly or Ashlee.
First she was late 10 minutes…
Second she has an attitude and very unproffessional…
Third she waxed my brow that is unproportionate…
Fourth she trys to pencil in the shape so i would not notice it… but when i got home and washed my face the «OH MY F**KING GOD, what did she do!
Never again… she shouldnt even work as a pro she should go back to beauty school.
